an arsenal implosion....or a rather rash, late and dangerous tackle on eaduardo? without him arsenal have struggled up top, theyw ere flying and now have no focus

very true. but at the same time, they should have done better. while i can sympathize, to be champions they have to be tougher. i really hope they can come back and win the damn thing rather than chelsea or manu!

he was saying "fuck you" to steve bennett all match. deserved it totally.
Ohh , so that's why he was fucked Up by Bennet :D

Thanks for the Info :pint:

I'm just pissed that he basically had his mind made up as far as how he was going to call the match before it happened. The dissent cards were flying.
:agree:

but Apart from the Red Card drama , Reina Really had a bad Game , Manure 1st and 2nd Goals 95% Percent was his fault .
:sigh:

Damn , I hate Manure So much but Well I hate Binter more :(

Its not quite fair to call Masch a moron for a moment of idiocy. Its a fact it was dumb for him to get redded up, but at the same time he's been one of our most consistent performers this season, making smart decisions throughout. People will no doubt blame this loss on Mascherano but the truth is, there are 10 other players on the pitch who have failed to come to play in big matches over the last 4 seasons.
I'm not blaming the loss on Mascherano, not that I care too much either, Liverpool would have lost either way. It was too be expected.

As for him being a moron, he is, there's no denying it. First of all he got a deserved yellow for a harsh tackle, but that's fine. Then he kept arguing(cursing) at the referee over the decision and just wouldn't shut up! That alone brought him really close to a red card, as from what I understand there's a campaign that recently started in the EPL where the players just aren't allowed to talk with the officials. I'm pretty sure he was aware of that fact. And to make things worse he went to argue again but over a foul TORRES commited! I mean how stupid must you be to do something like that when you know; 1. You already have a yellow, 2. You are not allowed to say a word to an official. It was not a moment of idiocy, right after the yellow he got it was plainly obvious he was gonna be sent of soon with how he was behaving.

Emmanuel shouldn't have taken off the corn-rows...
Nani has been really good for ManU this season. Dang, I wish we would sign someone like him to take a risk on promising young talent like that. Nedved is not getting any younger and isn't always best on the wing, Camo is great but is often hurt, Marchionni is always hurt, and Brazzo has been nougat in boots out there.

Too bad Nani won't be playing in the Greece friendly this week.

As for Liverpool, OK, Mascherano lost it. But did anyone really expect Liverpool to get points in this one regardless? Someone needs to make Rafa some Viagra for the EPL. They come to perform in the CL everytime, but when it comes to actually accomplishing anything in the EPL, each time Liverpool can't seem to get it up.
Thats not entirely true though, Nani has just recenly started playing well for Man Utd, i'd say it all started from the 1-1 game against Tottenham.

Nani is extremely overrated. He had a couple of games where he was trying to immitate C.Ronaldo , apparently being a showboater is what every footballer should aim to be these days . I'm not impressed by him at all ; especially after his antiics during the Arsenal game where Man u won 4-0 , it was very unprofessional and low from him .

aboslutely and after the cashley "phone up his ass" cole dissent in the spurs game being such a huge talking point all week it was obvious that the refs have ben told to clamp down on it. also take into account that teams nowadays get a full dossier on their opposition, their team, tactics, manager, etc i am pretty sure it has a section about the ref takking charge of the game as well. they would have been well aware of bennetts erratic reffereeing style and that he does not tolerate dissent. mascherano was incredibly foolish but pool were not going to win this game anyway

Exactly, Mascherano really had it coming, no excuses.

BTW, I only read little about it, what exactly happened in the Chelsea-Spurs game with Cole and his dismissal?

basically he had a terrible tackle on alan huttona nd possibly deserved a red, teh ref(giving him only a yellow) was subjected to this petulant little cunts attitude,he refused to come over and talk to the ref and simply turned his abck on him while mouthing insults

Remember that Nani is still very young.

He is very similar to what Ronaldo was like in his first season.

I certainly won't bet against Sir Alex making Nani into a world class player.
