If Belgium wins their group there is a high chance they will have to eliminate Croatia, Germany and France on their way to the final. Do you think you can pull it off?

I know. I can't stand that behaviour. I don't like this whole De Bruyne adoration we have going but by god I hope he scores the winner in the final.
Well he's the one who actually shows up all the time. Other players, not so much.

With a bit of luck? Yes. But we could easily go out vs Croatia if we decide not to show up like the game vs Argentina in 2014.

He never shows up against a tactically aware team. You don't see him against Juve or Real. De Bruyne is simply not ad good as Hazard is.

We got tactically nullyfied, and could have gotten 3 goals against in the first half houre. Argentina scored and locked the game and we didnt create a chance for the entire game. Thats not "not showing up", thats beeing magnificently outplayed by a well organised team with a proper gameplan and good individual talent

We could have played that game 10 times, and the only difference would have been the amount of goals argentina scored.

I think France at home would be unbeatable for this Belgium. I also think no one will be able to stop Germany bar France, if they don't choke

Hazard sucks for the National team, unless the opponent is easy enough. Everyone in Belgium blames Hazard. They are peasant fuckshits. its not Hazards fault. Its because at Chelsea he is used to play in a system that has players managing possession, where he has specific guidelines regarding positionning and runlines in attack, and will receive the ball like he has to.

belgium has none of that, so hazard always receives the ball far to deep cause he has to move out of position to get it. Because we have no gameplan.

De bruyne is more visual because he has more playmaking abilities. He suffers less from coaching mistakes. (offcourse, Witsel+De Bruyne holding the midfield vs argentina was retarded).

FYI, in the returnleg of city madrid, he was the one who gave that pass gave fernandinho a clear shooting chance from 16 meters out, that any remotely talented player would score but he hit the post. Biggest chance city got.

Against juve, only chance city got was when De Bruyne switched to the right side (barzagli was on his left, so offcourse he was shit, as would hazard be).

Hazard is exceptionally when managed right. De Bruyne needs less managing (hence why he's good at disfunctional city). Who is better when playing in ideal circumstances ? i dont know.

If they all finish 1st in their group and win all their knock out games. Croatia is likely to finish 2nd behind Spain and should be Belgiums 1st opponent if Belgium wins the group.

If Belgium finished 2nd they will likely play Portugal, England and Spain in an ideal scenario where all these make it through against 2nd tier teams

France is an ideal opponent for us. They play a physical game, but the only team in the world that is physically stronger is Belgium. It's why we butchered them in a friendly last year.

You should quit the annoying belgian habbit to take friendlies extremely serious. We seemb to have one of the few NT's that do.

Aka, we go and butcher some team in a friendly. Then we get a qualification game and get a huge difficult grinder. Friendlies dont matter at all, and iirc france was missing a truckload of players.

we aren't THAT good anymore. no proper fullback, no Lahm, no Schweini, no Striker...the last games we played were far from impressive, bar the match vs. Italy-B.(thanks Antonio :vidal:) France are the clear favorites for me.

On a sidenote, what a talented team tho, if only we'd have a coach.

----------The one that fucked De bruyne's ex girlfriend

Cavanda - More injured then Khedira - belgium[RUS] - Barcelona's bench warmer

----------------If only "thielesman" would stop stagnating
------------------Mister 10 watches--------Sideshow Mo

'not good enough for chelsea'--------------------' only good AT chelsea'
------------------That one black belgian forward zach actually likes

Shouldnt be hard to decipher

Exactly. Germany is overrated and considerably weakened. Still the favorite though. They are the World Champions after all.

They have Griezmann and Pogba, if they carry this form into the tournament i can only see Germany stoping them. If they had Karim id say anything other than a France win would be a surprise

Its still more or less the team that won the WC. They have a core thats been playing together for years and not even Jogi can hinder them from reaching SF atleast imo

Why is that no Lahm , is he injured ? But Germany never depends on a single player, they always have a collective thing with them and everything start ticking. The Germans can never be disregarded when it comes to any major tournaments.

Of course, the ideal situation would be for Crystal Palace to win the FA Cup and United to finish seventh in the league. That would really screw up the PL's coefficient next year.
You are quite an optimist if you think that Serie A can overtake the PL coefficient next year.
