I don't think Liverpool is a downstep for Klopp, it is rather the perfect club because Liverpool are the English Dortmund. Furthermore he can establish an era because while in Bundesliga other coaches figured him out in EPL they never will

And since coaches are managers in EPL he won't have his best players sold from under his ass and replaced with trash
