Bournemouth has been promoted to the EPL. First time in their history they've ever reached the highest level of English Football. They were nearly relegated from League Two in 2009. Stadium only holds 11,000 people :D 100M richer now.

There is a video of their very posh sounding chairman going crazy with the players in the dressing room after the game

That's awesome. My local team is third in the Segunda division. So if they get promoted Ronaldinho might have to play in a 4,000 seater where ticket prices are 10, 20, and 50 pesos and someone has to literally pull the number off the scoreboard and throw another sign up.

:touched:

That's the beauty of promotion and relegation. That these crazy scenarios are possible.

It's also a very nice area to live, probably the best in England as far as football clubs go (if you're not interested in the whole London thing). I know the area well and it would be my first choice, now they just need some PL infrastructure, because it's a very small club.

South Coast, yeah? So same sort of environment as like Southampton, Brighton etc but nicer?

Yeah it's the closest the PL will get to having like a Sassuolo or Chievo (but obviously those clubs are a lot smaller even still). I'll be supporting them next season, love me an underdog :D

Different to Brighton, not like a boho upmarket extension of London, but it does have a lot of young people. There are also a lot more wrinklies around that way, and it's a slower pace.
