I personally wouldn't put Bale & Ribery in there.
Among attacking players, I'd say it's something like this:
Tier 1: Messi, Ronaldo
Tier 2: Suarez, Neymar, Ibra (perhaps Robben, if injuries don't count)
Tier 3: Hazard, Tevez (in atm form), Aguero (again disregarding injuries), Bale
Tier 3 is incomplete though and there are fluctuations within tiers, Hazard e.g. just about doesn't make Tier 2 for me (yet).

Ibra is just returning to form so I wouldnt put him in Tier 2 based on season form. As an overall player however he is easily up there. Ribery, Bale and Robben would easily make it there as over all players, Hazard and Tevez would not.
He's tier 1 player or thereabout. As far as this season goes he's been among top 3-5 players. People are underestimating our players again.

Ibra is 33 and has hinted at retirement many times, he's clearly in decline.
First of all Hazard is very good player and I'm not disputing this. Whether top clubs would choose Hazard over Tevez doesn't concern me and can't see the relevance in this. Their decision would predominantly be founded on age of these two and that is detrimental factor for Carlitos in all this. Tevez has been more effective player. Few years younger and with this kind of performances he'd be up there with the likes of Messi and Ronaldo. His spell in Italy helped him to develop himself into trully amazing player, become tactically more astute and overall has sharpened his skills.
No it hasn't, Tevez is 31 and has allways been this amazing. He is just in an invironment that's very good for him but he is just a top player performing like one (not developed into one) , as he has most of his career despite the different hurdles he has faced that hasn't made this level consistent for every season. He was more less doing this since his teen days up til 2nd to last City season. He gave them two top seasons, just like with us. Just fits us more to T really, but that's it.

Let's entirely disregard that Tevez himself has stated on multiple occasions that Serie A and its playing style helped him to grow as a player. There's obvious difference between the level of his performance during the time he had played in England and this season in Juventus (Serie A) when he definitely reached his peak. He was very good player before, not quite the game chager, while right now he is undisputedly world class player capable of taking the game by the storm. Too bad he's soon to be 31 yo.
He fits home in Italy alot more as a culture (reason why he is not self-sabotagin his career here like he did in England) and its football and our team suits him more then the English game (even if he is made for the english one too with how he plays). But rest assured this dude suddenly didnt start to perform as a top class player at 31 (lol that you are the one saying others underrate him too, wtf), are you kidding me...He was a bonafide stud and star in Boca, very young but Copa Libertadores hero and champion. Briefly too for Corinthians (great first season) in that bizzare move, total hero for West Ham (in even more bizzare move) and kept them up, despite getting lost in the work hard and fight mentality of it all, and didnt attack so much as he could at all, more like a midfielder, aka Rooney syndrom. Absolutely class for United despite being a loaned bench player for most of it (best off the bench player a team has had in long time).
And He WAS the go to guy top striker for City in the same way he has been for us in the first 2 world class seasons before his issues and disgruntled state of mind started. First player to make them a top team by humbling the established teams and in overall opponents. Even scoring the same numbers: First season 35/23 second one: 31/20. Fondly remember him putting Chelsea to the sword on a regular basis.

He is still 2 tiers below Messi and Ronaldo tho, that list posted of players is fairly accurate enough for me. Would possibly have Aguero higher up perhaps.
It's not even close, Hazard still hasn't fulfilled potential and has rarely done it in the CL against the best teams.

I just realized DP84 wrote "not quite the game changer" before coming to us. FFS this dude gave Chelsea NIGHTMARES. Humiliated them regurarly in a way I havent seen any player do when they were at the top, wether he was in West Ham, United or especially City where he scored like 4-5 great goals vs them (cant post links today directly for some reason, but search for them, great goals).
That's true tbh, The Cusp mentioned the same beforehand. I just didn't have Aguero that high up initially due to the frequent injuries of his, but if that would be completely taken out of account, he's certainly Tier 2. Hazard still had a better season than him though, precisely due to the Argentine's injuries.

You're insane. As is everyone who thinks Tevez is so much better than Hazard. If Hazard goes to Barcelona, he plays. If he goes to Real Madrid, he plays. The same cannot be said for Tevez. As much as I like Tevez and as much as I like to boast about Juventus players, I think you'd have to be blind to take him over Hazard.

I consider them pretty much of equal quality. Aguero has the benefit of being slightly less crazy, which has helped his career IMO.
I'd rather have Tevez than Aguero in our squad.
However, that is only true as Aguero would spend a third of the season out injured, and can therefore not be considered a reliable player to lead the team. Would he have the the same injury record as Tevez, I'd prefer Aguero.
