Without Man U's interest, it seemed it was a decent chance it could happen. Falcao and his agent gave their OK to Juve, but then there was the loan fee.... Not saying we would've ever paid such a loan-fee, but we weren't really far off from signing this player.

Falcao is amazing player, but I would rather save money for this transfer and his wages to buy someone really needed in next summer. Like top-notch right winger or so. If I had a choice I would spend a lot purchasing for example Di Maria and I would skip Falcao. The cost of signing them is similar. Of course I know that we won't have a chance to buy Di Maria soon, I'm just theorizing.
