Arsenhole

Harry Kane looks good, but he'll no doubt turn into another failed, overhype English striker like Andy Carroll/Jermaine Defoe etc. Good header of the ball though.

Defoe's record is actually quite impressive. Bit early to write off Kane but maybe you're being blinded by your hate of the EPL. Carroll I agree is overly overrated.

Premier League UK rights 2016-19 have sold for total of £5.136bn.

http://www.premierleague.com/en-gb/...ue-uk-live-broadcasting-rights-announced.html

that's rising from the current deal of £3b

from twitter:
@sportingintel: Estimated upshot: from 2016-17 season, BOTTOM club in PL will get c. £99 million prize money. And top club will get £156 MILLION.

p.s. current exchange rate: £1= €1.35
The champion will basically get more money just through this deal than all Serie A clubs bar maybe 4 make in a year in total :howler:

Why does money just get thrown at the English clubs like this as opposed to the better performing Spanish or Germans? Other than the language barrier, surely their leagues are equally as attractive, especially Germany.

The money are in England, the euro trophies are in Spain and Germany, but having a good laugh with Galliani can only happen in Italy :touched:
:agree: I love this league, it cannot be beat.
