What's funny is how everyone is calling Rodgers a dumbass and praising Mourinho. Now imagine if it had been Conte in charge of Liverpool.

"Oh man, that individual mistake killed us!"

"We were unlucky..."

"We dominated them in every statistic except for goals scored."

What the point to play all in when it's enough to get draw, then beat 2 mediocre teams and you are the champion
Because Rogers Liverpool is scared of sitting back. Their defenders are shit. Especially with no Agger.

Or imagine how many negative comments would have been written about Conte if he won the match playing in a defensive way like Chelsea today.

It was entertaining watching Kenny Dalglish's constipated squirming in the stands towards the end. Chelsea were obviously going to be the one team to throw a spanner in the works, but I didn't expect it with the team they put out.

Liverpool are clearly a fantastic attacking team with variation, but the game isn't quite so easy when you don't score in the first 20 minutes and can counter over and over. Most teams who go to Anfield are just too poor and stupid to deal with it.

Still, I have a feeling City will drop points somewhere along the line here.

whats with the next season. if they keep Suarez they should bring in a CM and a CB. they dont need much, maybe more depth because tey play CL. but if they sell Suarez (to Real for 100M) what then. are they gonna get Benzema in return, will they spend most of the money for another star player, will they waste it (like with Carroll) or will they invest into 5-6 players and strenghten the squad overall... they are alot of options, and it will much depend on Suarez (or the money they get for him)
