they tried it before, didn't work. their defence is weak and makes mistakes no matter who they play or what formation, they have to out-score opponents.

Liverpool will drop off next season, they wont be able to handle the extra European games because i dont think they will bring in enough quality players to rotate the squad effectively. I could be wrong but they will need a good 4-5 new players next season to handle Europe and still win the weekend matches in the league.
