As far as I know, the 2013 one is not available for the public yet, however i would not be surprised if a loss made due to crashing out of CL so early last season. So a loss last season should be plausible. (i think also since the statement covers up from june 2012 to june 2013, signings like Hazard are bound to have an impact there.)
