Yeah he is finding his role for sure, before it was bit questionable why sign a CM that isnt either strong enough DM or creative enough to supplement a 4-4-2 like the more attacking CM needs to be.
Kinda forced Yaya to have a more defensive role then necessary at first (Yaya had the blunder of the game on Arsenals 1st goal), but now they seem to have grown a fairly decent understanding, did a good job vs an Arsenal midfield that was usually overrunning them with having extra people in middle (3 CMs plus Wilshire and Walcott who cuts in). Both him and Yaya are scary good on the breaks, makes a scary attack scarier, even if Arsenals laughable defense without Koscielny made it easier.

Extremely intelligent and efficient fullback, he owned the left flank to the point it pretty much decided the game since thats where Arse were poked and prodded all game long, but he does it in such a matter fact of way that doesnt grab so much attention (and does enough to grab attention, considering he seems to have 2nd most assist in the league after Özil). Pretty much knew EXACTLY when to make the runs, he patiently stayed deep until Monreal and Arse midfield were pressured to drift in from left, and just pounced forward exactly when Yaya and Silva needed to pass him the most.
