We'll see how good he is once defenders know a bit more about him. PL defenders are dumb and new skillful players have fun early on.

It's never good to lose proven world class players, especially if they are virtually carrying the team at times. There's always an adjustment period. Liverpool will surely bring a couple of replacements in and look stronger further down the line, but for a big club that is constantly failing you aren't afforded a lot of time.
