yeah, i think he got a bit carried away with the old guard carrying the team so well.

moyes appointment was his idea as well no? although moyes can't do much when the team as a whole is not clicking as it should be

@Fred - noticed your game against Coventry has been put back to the Friday and will be on BT Sport. I expect we'll be seeing the likes of Oxlade-Chamberlian, Sanogo, Diaby, Jenkinson, Gnabry, Ryo etc?

I got to say, martinez has everton playing some really nice football.
Great to watch. Stunning at times, and exactly what I wanted, and many many blues I go the game with.

The approach David Moyes has to football, will only get you so far. To achieve, you need to take more chances.

Yeah, 6 months out for Walcott, so obviously misses the World Cup. I actually think it is a very big blow for England, because whilst Townsend would probably have been first choice, England have started to become very reliant on him, and he will be such an obvious target as the attacking outlet. Having Walcott as back up would have allowed him to go flat out for 70 mins and then bring another flying machine on once the weather inevitably takes its toll.

TL;DR England don't have many good attacking options.

As for Arsenal, he has become a more important player and this will test them. Surely they'll go back into the market for a forward now, I think they were planning to anyway.

Huge blow to Arsenal I think. Granted we were top of the league without him, but he's still our best finisher, he's also the best at off the ball movement and generally adds a completely different dimension to our attack. I thought he and Ozil were going to form a deadly pair. I really felt bad for the rest of the day after reading this.

Not necessarily, I think you might see a lot of first teamers, because the game is sandwiched between two not so big games in the league.
