So you posted the news than deleted it.

The fuck man?

My post above looks bad now.

I bet you won't be able to compile a 2min video of him doing good with MU. :D
Haha I know I posted the rumour then saw Di Marzio say it was false. But he's been less than reliable all summer so who knows.

I wouldn't mind Bastian for depth if he hasn't regressed too much, hope he can still keep it simple. He's younger then Evra, but Tonton Pat is an amazing physical specimen, SBA @Carlos Primera hope Bastian can hold steady for a season or two.

He would be fantastic, especially considering he's basically here to hold the fort steady until Marchisio comes back, and then he's a rotation option, and a brilliant one at that.

Aside from that, neither Serie A nor CL football is the nonsense brand of kick-and-run that EPL is. Bastian suits Serie A perfectly, and to a lesser extent CL. Huge experience there.

I'd love him here on a free. Our midfield would be absolutely stacked once Marchisio comes back

Pjanic, Marchisio, Khedira, Schweiny, Asabob, Lemina, Sturaru

Stacked.

What would his motivation be, though? This guy has won everything but injuries have taken a toll on him. Unless he can turn the clock back and be the Bastian from 4 years ago

Motivation?

Easy. To get his fitness back and get back into the lineup of a top club. It's not hard to find motivation.

Motivation wise, he can look to add a scudetto to that glorious cabinet of his for sure, and also to prove Mou and the prem wrong about him being done for.

Bastian would be decent as long as he doesn't have a starting role, and I do think he'd surprise us all. People talk about it as if we were talking about bringing Guti out or retirement.

He is done physically, if it's not clear in Man U, it was clear last 2 years with Bayern. Nothing about the age or motivation, just spent after so many injuries. Looks like someone who belongs in charity games.

Guess he could play on that annual Juve - Madrid match with Davids and Camoranesi. Would fit right in.

According to @Spazio_J, Bastian Schweinsteiger will terminate his contract with Man United & sign for Juventus.
very good if true. If we can bring him back to life he can be an immense short term solution. He used to be a super player before his Utd move. We wont need him to run like a mad man here and the tempo should suit him very well. He should be more than capable at distributing the ball. His experience and character can be very useful for us.

Of all clubs we should be the most confident in revitalizing old players.

Germany and Bayern he was still pretty good even if its not as good as he was pre-pep. Serie A should suit him well imo. Definitely an upgrade as a vice-marchisio over Hernanes (or any of the names being thrown around).

Lol, not good enough for United, but good enough for Juve.
You could say the same about Pogba for utd, Pirlo for Milan, Tevez for city, morata for madrid, Cuadrado for Chelsea, Khedira for Madrid, Cannavaro for Inter .
Then there is other clubs who took so called (not good enough/finished players) and did wonders like Half Inter's treble winning team taking Madrid rejects.

We are the all time masters of these kind of deals and apart from 2 or 3 deals (Lucio, Anelka, Toni?) their clubs were left scratching their heads at how good we got the players to perform.
