It's funny how the media makes it seem like we're not taking any serious steps in the goal of replacing a caliber like Pogba, and it's even more funny cause the league is starting in 3 days and you starting to fear that this might actually be true.

Vecchia Signora are making this online radio shit, and hosted Romeo among other guests and that's the most interesting thing he said, alongside the notion that he wouldn't be surprised if Juve get a surprising name:andyandbarcelona:

According to Romeo Agresti (on Radio VS), Juventus was one step away from signing Kante.
I did not need to know that...

Would been perfect to add extra defensive excellence and insane work rate to our midfield.

I'd take him too. Best option out of all mentioned low quality players imo
Obviously, but its not saying much is it. He is a good physical CM who adds energy and decent runs forward, very limited technically and wouldnt add much in possession tho decent at one-twos with others.

Beppe's latest interview makes me wonder (not really since I believe he is lying)

If we could afford buying Higuain and keep Pogba and only sold Pogba because he 'asked to leave', why couldn't we use the entirety of the Pogba money to buy a quality CM? Pjanic clearly has been an unresolved issue from last year and doesn't count. And if Pogba 'asked to leave' months ago, why do we stand here in the middle of August and have to resort to midtable players like Brozovic, Matuidi, Biglia. Not even a Herrera is on the table.

Maybe the board just doesn't rate Herrera as highly as people around here? It's funny how some people always voice their opinion on players and many other people just run with it like little sheep. I'm pretty sure only very few here have actually watched him play regularly but would fap to the idea of signing him. But based on what? It's the same with Witsel, just the other way around. He certainly isn't a world beater but by no means a bad player. I personally think Matuidi has proven so much more than Herrera that he should be considered and rated higher than him.

I don't rate Herrera overly high as well, just higher than the other tomatoes we are linked with.

Because Marotta was lying. We used Pogba's money on Higuain.
