33 years old dany alves won't add much to this team unless he's free; however seeing as how near future transfer market looks like with the inflation, we would take even bigger risk in middle term if we have such 2 oldies on our right flank, in 2018 we would have to get a new keeper, a new cb, a whole new rb and his sub and that's still not counting yet another cm replacement and possible pogba departure... We can't rusk such short term investment.

As much as I like cuadrado, Alves is a better fit both in a 4 and 3 man defence

He's very inconsistent. He was great in the first 15 games or so, and nowhere to be seen for most of the remaining 23. The guy is definitely talented but I don't like his decision making.
