This team does not need more blance 
We have too much of it We dont have a single natural AM or playmaking midfielder. Pogba can do it all, Khedira is two way, Marchisio is all around, Pereyra just runs around with the ball, rest of the central mids are balance players or hard workers except Hernanes. We need a Pjanic more then we need another all around midfielder again, even if its a more attacking one.

and I get you and thats why JGC worked this season, sometimes we were way too balance and he was the little earthquake when we needed it. But we know Max and if he plays Pjanic as a RCM in a 3-5-2 we would use a more defensive RWB. Max needs balance

What do you mean? Was he playing fantasista – no, he was roaming free-role SS while Vazquez was main playmaker. But you know that, so I assume you're asking – if Dybala was not occupied with defensive work? Yeah, he was, and he improved in this department here, as in all other departments. I am all for Pjanic to come here, he is a wizard, pure joy to watch.
And Gomez at least from couple of games I saw him has all the physical tools to impose his will on the game, but he doesn't do it for some reason. He is tall, strong dude, but doesn't play like one, at least doesn't do it as often as he should have done it. He reminded me Valeron for a bit, tall, physically gifted, but playing in soft football, except that Valeron was local genius and Gomez obviously can run.
