He DEFENITELY does not have more skill then Pjanic, who techically and playmaking wise is very skilled, Gomes is more of a box to box, not so creative, he is a very good dribbler, but thats also Pjanic main asset, his ball controll. Is not more versatile either since Pjanic is also a CM and AM.

Pjanic is more an AM than a CM IMO. Valencia was shit all year long and Gomes is a game changer. For instante last RM against Valencia he was in benched and RM was ready for an easy win. Gomes came to field. One assist and one goal and almost assist a second one so he's better than Pjanic at 22yo

Gomes is an all around good attacking CM who can fill in different roles. But to think he shows more skill or is better then Pjanic as same age is ludicrous, its not even close. You seriously did not watch Pjanic in Lyon at all if you say that. And yeah his natural role is AM but he has spent years playing as playmaking CM, and can do that role well.


Valencia has been shit this season, but a game changer doesnt score 2 goals and barely any assists all season, doesnt deserve that designation regardless of how much your team struggles.

Pjanic is a moderm AM but Gomes is a moderm B2B MF and when I said he have more skill set is because he's very good attacking and defending. Miralem is better in attack and worst in defense. Our Team would be way more balance with the portuguese

I noticed you tend to overrate the players not worthy of it and underrate the ones who are.

This team does not need more blance We have too much of it We dont have a single natural AM or playmaking midfielder. Pogba can do it all, Khedira is two way, Marchisio is all around, Pereyra just runs around with the ball, rest of the central mids are balance players or hard workers except Hernanes. We need a Pjanic more then we need another all around midfielder again, even if its a more attacking one.
