i dont mind not getting berardi as long we keep morata, i dont know what the future carries.

as per berardi, till now am sure our management didnt make their mind regarding him, if juve really want him then he would be signed by now.

I too, get the distinct impression that the management has doubts about him. I suspect his temperament plays a role here. Conte not being a fan also plays on the mind. Interesting that last summer we opted for Zaza over Berardi. In the end Zaza exceeded expectations.

I don't think they doubt his ability, just how he would fit in the side with our current group of forwards.

Anyway people here tend to forget but we had over 60 injuries this year. It's incredible how we coped with it.... truly i remember the last time we had a streak of injuries similiar to this year was under Ranieri where we were 2nd place in Dicember and then dropped to 7th by the end.

Anyway we need 2cm,1 striker (if Morata leave) and a cb/rb.
Somehow i feel that one between Mandzukic and Zaza should go and be replaced with another striker.
You know how i feel about it , 3 starters and a bench warmer in case of necessity.
We need 2 CM's? Why? we already have a dozen of those...

Because we need to sell the ones that are injury prone and get one to replace them and Marchisio.
    Marchisio,Pogba,Khedira,Lemina,Pereyra,Padoin,Sturaro,Hernanes,Asamoah

We have 9 now.Assuming we sell 2,we would need just one more midfielder who can play different roles.

Pereyra, Asamoah, Khedira all injury prone. Could be half a season until Marchisio is back to playing regularly. Besides, Pereyra is our AM and rarely plays CM. Same goes for Padoin so I don't think you can count them.

    Sell one injury prone: Asamoah
    Sell Hernanes

That will leave us with Marchisio, Pogba, Khedira, Lemina and Stuaro as pure CMs. We need at least one more to be competitive because it will be half a season before we can even use Marchisio again and IF we want to target the CL we need better CMs than Padoin, Sturaro, Hernanes and Pereyra.

we need to buy a team?

i think you mean we need to improve the current team, correct?
i think we need one more player who give an impact and give another push for in the team in quality and we are there.
also if the club manage the injuries crisis that will give a good push for the team.
yeh we need to "build" no buy. My bad.

And i think we need 2 top quality players to push us even more. 2 top quality and 2 more sensible signings would make us compete for the hhighest price IMO...assuming we are able to retain what we have, or the most of it.

I don't think they doubt his ability, just how he would fit in the side with our current group of forwards.
    this.

His buy is sensible because we need to know what we will do with morata IMO, and how much we will bet in berardi , or how he will affect our team shape. And then theres his volatiity...but that can be worked on.

Conte going for his beloved 3-5-2 with Asamoah and Cuadrado on wings?
Would not surprise me to be honest. IM pretty sure Conte will go the italian approach and do exactly what he did at juve; which was to take a good for nothing team and make it as compact as possible, menatally ready to grind points and prevent random defeats. Thats what he knows to do.

He will play 352, go and buy 2 or 3 counter attacking players and try to finish what he was doing here.

Half of that dozen is useless or is a surplus.

Hernanes, Asamoah, Padoin, Sturaro, Pereyra...this players had almost zero impact in our season.
This should not be this way. We must change at least 2 of them for world beaters who can directly contest the starters to create a competitive enviroment to force everyone to get better.

Our midfield was our weakest link when MArchisio was injured... and we should not solely rely on him. lemina is a good start, but he alone will not make a difference...we need to get 2 more quality guys and sell whats not needed.

Idont know about sruraro and peyrera who just join fully lately.

But padoin, hernanes and padoin must go and leave some room to better players.

WE would have brought him back, but Berardi wanted to stay to get enough playing time. the Conte argument is not really a argument  he ignores plenty of good players just to play the likes of Giaccherini.
