Isco has the potential to be better than Ozil! Hack I`d even say he has the potential of being way better than Ozil BUT for now Ozil is surely the better player and in terms of assists he`ll probably continue to be the better assist guy in the future!
Isco however is very special as he can have the Zidane effect in him he can lift the whole team up something that Ozil definitely doesnt possess!

Therefore if I had to choose I would pick Isco however both are great players and either will be great!

Yeah I don't get it. Potential? He is 24 and Özil is 27 it's not like Isco is 18 or something. Özil at 21 was a starter for Germany at the World Cup and one of their leading players after that Real bought him as a cover for Kaka but it didn't take long for him to become first choice and to be a leading player when they won the La Liga title. Özil has also been four times near the top ten in Ballon d'Or voting what has Isco done to be compared to him? Nada.

Has to be said that Özil at Arsenal until this season has not been close to the player he was at Real but still miles better than Isco whom I really like as a player but just gets too much hype compared to what he has achieved thus far.

Im not really an Ozil fan myself but not sure Isco is the MAN either. Isco is still considered to be the next hot AM which we all know he isnt so in a different spectrum he is a great talent and player but not on the level where he was originally projected

The offloading is a given and obvious IMO, but we need new midfielders.

We know what Asamoah and Pereyra can give us, and that clearly is not enought when shid gets real, at least not enought til this day. Yeah, they have margin to improve on this disastrous season, but the question is...how much more we have to wait for them to finally give us that needed final product?....and in case they do....it is worth the wait to the point of sacrificing the signing of potentially new and better players?.

Hernanes and Padoin are surpluses IMO (love you pado).... but we seriously need to sit down and discuss the futures of asamoah, struraro and Pereyra... and what if we receive 3 good offers for the 3 of them?. Are we in the position to reject them because "they will get better"?.

Dont worry about him. From all the bunch...he is the only clear offload to me. Even Padoin is more secure than him to stay IMO.

if we have offerts for the three mentioned (Hernanes,Asamoah and Pereyra) we gotta offload them and buy 2 quality cm. To replace Marchisio and to have someone to cover up when Khedira is injured.
This year Asamoah,Pereyra and Lemina missed many games. Marchisio and Khedira as well. We really need to buy younger cms which are healthy and can stay fit.

I don't think we need young midfielders as we already have enough of them. We need an experienced player to offer cover for Khedira/Marchsio I don't want us to be in a situation where we are forced to play Pogba with two inexperienced midfielders again.
