Then you havent seen him in EPL. Its been RIDICOLOUS to watch him honestly. Mahrez gets all the headlines (rightfully most of the time), but this guy has been just as good if not for couple months of injury. Insanely creative and super technical AM/LW combo with best freekicks around, best playmaker in the league.

Its astounding what some smart signings and coach change acheives, you go from Allardyce hoofball with Nolan being the attraction. To now Payet mainly and also Lanzini playing dazzling Slavan Bilic technical footie. West Ham fans must be utterly shocked lol to see this. Akin to the times they randomly had frigging Tevez and Mascherano.

He will remain just a ridicolously fun player to watch for me, cool late bloomer, since I doubt he is in our radar nor would be able to prize him away with the EPL sides getting ridicolously richer.

Don't worry, the new Xavi, aka Sensi, will make you forget all about Verratti when we sign him from Sassuolo for 40m in a couple of years.

@Nostradamus and other BuLi followers, what's Brandt's market value, and would Leverkusen sell him this summer?
Brandt and Tah r the two players, where I m sure Leverkusen arent interested in discussing a move. Brandt really hit the ground running finally showing why he was rated so highly a few years ago. He ll develop there at least another year and has to make a decision soon, if he wants to extend beyond 2019 or not. If not, then Leverkusen ll be forced to sell him next summer avoiding going into final year of contract.

Bayern were after him before he decided to join Leverkusen and the main reason was transfer guru Reschke, nowadays continuing to do his outstanding work for my club. He was the best transfer of this century I really trust and respect him. He made Brandt's contract and knows the details, but havent heard of a clause.

I personally think he ll extend until 2020 with likely inserting a clause for 2018 or even better for Leverkusen until 2021 with clause for 2019. They r the perfect club to develop for young players and Schmitt is a good coach for him.

Mighty Nostradamus, what's your take on that kid Dahoud? Clever kid, no? Seemed really intelligent on the ball from the little I've seen.

Yes he is a bright light in the creative midfield darkness. I totally like his playing style..his vision, elegance, ball control and techical ability..very complete and showing maturity and growing fast. He must be on everyones list and one lucky fella is going to be very happy next year.

..or somebody doing a City and offering totally ridiculous money.

The biggest surprise would be him extending, but I have no idea how he ticks and wouldnt rule it out completely. Think he has the balls for more though.

Dortmund was mentioned early on being after him, but no doubt they r going to be in elite company.

I dream of Pjanic this summer and Dahoud next as Thiago successor, who we sell to England for ridiculous money making huge profit with that deal to buy Xhaka from it.

What an internet shitstorm it would be Bayern destroying the poor and beloved Gladbach. :D

I wouldnt mind though.

Could be a reason it went quiet between Bayern and Xhaka. Maybe Bayern prefer to focus only on one of them to avoid the ugly press. It would be bit surprising for me not getting even one of them, cos they clearly have the quality and would suit our playing style..

Give us Thiago and take Pjanic. Everybody's happy.

So there's still a good chance Morata stays..

Great news to wake up to.

Marotta "If someone like Morata leaves then we'll re-evaluate the situation but I think we'll start next season with the same strikers."
