I think, midfield's injury problem happens cause allegri training method rather than player injury record.
It is useless if we sign new CM but allegri still use same training method.

Pjanic would be fantastic.

We really need someone that can offer up that perfectly weighted final pass to our strikers. We always seem to do so well until that final pass is needed.

GDS:Juve, the Coach renews and asks for a gift
Allegri’s Pjanic
The tactician is paid even more than Pogba: he’ll get €5m per year and has already asked for the Bosnian
There’s a €38m release clause, but with the money from Morata…

Not sure i like this idea...

- - - Updated - - -

The player Max Allegri wants for next season: Miralem Pjanic. #GdS

Allegri has already got in touch with his contacts in Roma (city not club) to check the availability of Pjanic. #GdS

Pjanic has been informed of Allegri's interest & the player has a 38m clause but it's yet to be seen if he'll accept a move to Juve. #GdS

Allegri is a big admirer of Pjanic's tactical flexibility since the Bosnian can play behind the strikers & as a central midfielder. #GdS

- - - Updated - - -

#Juve can match #Pjanic's release clause of €38m with the sale of #Morata to #RealMadrid

#Allegri likes #Pjanic a lot & #Juve won't have too many problems getting Allegri the Bosnian playmaker. #GdS

No way in hell. There is a sizable gap in stats. There is even a sizable gap in the quality of the goals an assists not just the quantity.
I've seen plenty of full games from both in those given seasons and Hazard was the more impressive. He was the more influential player to his team every good attacking move went through him he also won both PFA and FWA player of the year awards Mahrez only won the PFA while Vardy took the other.

Mahrez has had an absolutely brilliant season but I think the story of him and Leicester makes some go overboard in appreciation if he lights up the CL and the Prem or whatever league he plays next season there might be a discussion.

Anyways this is the wrong thread and probably the wrong forum for this conversation. If you ask simple questions about which player someone prefers you should probably be ready for answers you might not like.

We seriously need a new starter in the midfield with Marchisio out till October (at best)
Khedira getting injured every 2-3 months.....
Actually we'd need two good players there. One who can be a CAM as well.

Isco+Pjanic would be mental.
We'll need to offload Hernanes,Asamoah and Pereyra or Sturaro depending on offerts. And ye i would rather give up Zaza or Mandzukic than Morata.
Loving Mandzukic considering age and wage .... let's say i hope Tottenham rumors are true and that they want to sign him up for 30m.

I'd rather keep Morata.
Agree

I wish we are not forced to make too many changes this year.

Losing Morata means again making multiple changes in attack.

:agree:

I want to see how Mahrez fares in a possession heavy system. He's been brilliant but he's also benefited with Leicester's tactics of mostly playing on the break.

Fixed it for you :D

The thing is it shouldn't mean that. Morata goes, we bring someone else to replace him and that would be it. No point in reshuffling attack when it's actually very good as it is. Since Morata played as SS for us mostly I expect Berardi, who can be Dybala's sub. 25m is a lot but we get a similar player, one of the most promising Italian of young generation and the kid will be getting plenty of playing time so no crying from his end (Basically he'd get Morata's minutes).

The true money should be spend in midfield. I don't see us dopping 38m for Pjanic though, that's crazy to expect something like this.

If it happened then people would lose the ammo fired against Bayern and Nostradamus though, would be hilarious :D

Not a bad use of morata's money at all.

Pjanic, Berardi, RB, CB is great. Our attack would remain as good if not better depending on Dybala's development.

Our midfield will have a world class addition and we should be seeing a lot more of our previously benched players in Lemina and Asa. We should also see Pogba develop even further in his new role so we should definitely be better in midfield possibly by a margin.
Defense will always be solid.

Berardi could potentially grow into a quality player but he's still a downgrade to Morata who's pretty much been our CL weapon.
Not sure Berardi is the answer if we want to achieve great things in CL.Seems like people are too over-optimistic about Berardi but i'm personally not that convinced he can already fill the shoes of an important player like Morata.
I like the attack as it is.Morata has the advantage of filling two positions so that makes him very valuable in that regard.

We would need to buy Florenzi, Totti and Pjanic before losing that ammo :D

But our attack will have Mandzukic and Zaza as the frontline CF's which is a bit underwhelming. It would look so much better with Morata as he can play 2 positions plus he's someone who has always impressed in CL with us.

The thing that worries me is the amount of pace we lose in attack if both Morata and Cuadrado leave. I haven't seen any links to fast players yet and we definitely need someone to have that. Against Bayern for example those two were the main reasons we destroyed them for 60 minutes.

Higuain, Insigne and Koulibaly does look even more similar to something Bayern would do or to be more precise has already done. :agree:

Absolutely.Berardi doesnt strike me as a player that can take on defenders like Morata or even Cuadrado. He,much like Dybala is more useful in a supporting role.So someone like Morata becomes a key element in this regard.
Impact players like Morata is exactly what we need to perform well in knockout cup competitions and i hope we do anything to retain him.Doesnt matter if he flops against Bologna or Chievo,he's one for the big games and he'll always make an impact there. That performance against Bayern was the best i've seen from a Juventus attacker since Del Piero at the Bernabeu in 2008.

Would be absolutely barfworthy to see him play in an Arsenal or Chelsea jersey next season.

Agreed but if Morata goes you won't replace him properly without spending BIG. The 30m we'll get for Morata buys you half a player he is, we can't do shit about it.

Yeah there's certainly no denying it.But Beppe said he wants to stay and i still hold a glimmer of hope that he remains with us.

True but I expect Dybala and Mandzukic to improve a lot. The former will grow while the latter should not be injured all the time and should be much more integrated in the squad. Even Zaza (unless you think this season is a fluke) should improve and then there is whatever berardi will provide. I thus think that our attack would be better next season than this season with or without morata but ofcourse him staying would be the best. Morata is out of our control though all I am saying is dont worry we will still be better than we are now even if he goes.
A more developed dybala. A more developed morata and a settled and fit manzukic would be amazing.
