Depth signings will $#@! up our mercato even this year.

There are signings we simply have to make to keep the players we have and to strengthen some positions.

GK - ?
CB - 10 million or more
RB - 10 million or more
Lemina - 10 million
Berardi - 10 million
Morata - 20 million

That's 60 million without even bringing a top player to reinforce the first 11.
Add Andre Gomes to that mix and I'd say that's a top mercato, even not knowing who the CB and RB would be.

Remember they can't sign new players next year. They will either stick with him for 2 more years or sell him now while they can get a replacement. How many shirts can a guy sell after 7 years? This would be more of a marketing move rather than a sporting one.
Hes been carying the team almost on his own for years and is still the most marketable player in the world. There is absolutely no way they will get rid of him

:touched:

Yet he will tell you he's not a racist.
I understand Zach's frustration.

There are many people of Moroccan descent in Antwerp (and I mean really many). If you live in Antwerp and you don't have personal Moroccan friends, I'd say that is pretty weird. But I must admit that none of my Moroccan friends appear to be very loyal people in general. Couldn't say if it's a cultural thing though, just an observation.

Yeah. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here and say that you didn't understand what I said. However it is pretty obvious that nothing good can come of debating with you so I am going to put you on my ignore list. No hard feelings.

I want James so badly - :tuttosport:

Morata (30 million) + 20 million for James.

Me gusta.
Me too but there are some problems with your suggestion
I believe James would cost more and be unaffordable in wages
Another thing is the striker thing which we should still sort out as Mandzukic and Zaza isnt enough
As for talent he is definitely a great player!

Well, I'm simply hoping that the claim that he was offered to Juve by his agent is true.

And quite frankly, some of the Spanish sources have basically announced that James is going to Juve. Not saying its true, but this rumour is ubiquitous right now.

As a reference point for Real Madrid to break even on an "accounting basis" (which is relevant for FFP), he'd need to be sold for ~53 million euro.

James isn't worth more then 35 million right now. They overpayed for him big time.

He would make his career move if he went to Juve. Unlike Real, Juve has a healthy atmosphere in the squad and no primadonas like Ronaldo.
