Actually if we were to sell a midfielder I would think a priority would be Hernanes and then Khedira. The german takes home a huge salary and will not be a starter for us if we want to improve. Would he want to play a quality bench, getting 20+ games a year? Maybe, but if we can cash on him we should.

If someone in Germany offers north of 20 M - we would accept and leave it up to him. Not sure if Sturaro will be better than him next year, but he is on a lower salary, younger and ItaliEn so even the boys know what will happen.

Dont fucking sell Khedira, thats retarded, but have him as rotation player and not confirmed starter, not reliable fitness wise or enough impact.

It is definitely NOT retarded, the question is whether this is the right thing to do:

Financially: He takes home around 4M clean, so selling him for 20M would bring his total contribution to the club for one year in well over 10M with NO salary. Thats great!
Quality: He is better than Sturaro, but not by too much. If we get a quality DLP and we don't sell Pogba he won't be a starter again.
Quantity and future prospects: Limits the playing time for both Sturaro and Lemina. Asamoah might finally recover too. Sami should improve in his second season, but I bet won't be to a whole new level.

All in all, unless we lose Pogba or someone wants to offer good money for Asamoah, he IS a goner!

Bruno Perez is ok but we can keep Licht for another season
Berardi - Not sure how fit he will be in this formation but just in case he could do it and do it well he will need someone who can finish off what he and Dybala will assist and Morata will miss more than score (unless its Real and Bayern we are facing...)
BTW what do you think of a 4-2-3-1 formation in case we lose Pogba - The idea is to get someone Strong to partner Marchisio and play Sandro on the left Cuad on the right and Dybala in center behind someone like Cavani - I`m not sure about this formation but it will allow us to use Berardi in the best way - We could also play Dybala on the left when needed and get Sandro back as LB

In case we keep the 4-3-1-2 what about Reus could he be available?

IMO
OUT: Sturaro, Pereyra, Hernanes, Asamoah, Isla, Caceres and one striker have to go
IN: Berardi, Cuadrado, Mandragora, a Top CM and a Reliable CB

What do I really think is gonna happen? Nothing

Sturaro is as far as Khedira level than Roma from Juve.

Cuadrado, A RB to replace Caceres, 1 Top CM and 1 Top AM are the minimum I expect.

Anything else will depend on if we sell some players, like any strikers, and a LB if Evra decides not to renew. There is intense rumor on Benatia but I seriously don't know how is he going to fit in and secondly Berardi. He doesn't want to sit on the bench .

I do think we will not sign Lemina. And players we can cash in, Hernanes and Asamoah should be under consideration to sell. I like Khedira but if he cant improve his fitness maybe we should move him off too.

There IS no way Khedira will be sold next summer.

Not much better than Sturaro is borderline crazy statement.

No way, and Pogba wouldnt want to go there, unless its latter stage in his career.
So if we sell pogs (IF) is it better to try and get the buying club to do an exchange for a player (plus cash) that would improve our lineup or just take the cash? Clubs will rek us if they know we have 100m to spend.

If you can get real quality players get it, but these things are just fantasy talk. Litterally never happens except the Ibra-Eto'o swap. Better just focus on getting the cash as much as possible if it comes to it, and be sure to get some deals for players you will buy agreed a bit before you announce the sale. Kinda like how we agreed with Dybala early before it was fully confirmed Tevez was leaving.
