1. They are playing in different positions! Higuain is the CF type while Griezmann is a support striker!
2. I valued Greizmann at 80M while Higuain is 65M and its because of age and potential!
3. I look for the good of the team and we already have a talented support striker in Dybala and playing both Dybala and Griezmann in a 2 men striking force is kind of retarded! If you want us to play 4-3-3 with Dybala Greizmann and a CF I understand..
Considering what that has been done last season and considering our needs I`d take Higuain - its only a matter of need
for Man Utd Greizmann is the obvious choice as they have Zlatan who can be the main forward and as support striker so I think investing in some future talented player wouldnt be a bad choice...

It really depends on the team needs and our team need a Higuain more than it needs a Greizmann!

Exactly, we can see that Marotta has been trying to keep at least 3 types of striker on hands: a target man, a support striker and a clinical forward/poacher and at least 1 replacement for each.

This season, Mandzukic should be our target man, Dybala as our support striker and someone to replace Morata. I assume Pjaca can some what be the sub for Dybala and Zaza as the sub for clinical foward/poacher role if he is not going away. We actually need another target man as well. So even with Higuain, if Zaza goes away, we can expect another striker coming in when the opportunity come or someone from our primavera (we can see that we are testing Cerri and Padovan here. Kean would have had a chance if he behaved). If we get Gabigol, I dont think we would spend 18M on a primavera player.
