signing zlatan for any side with cl winning ambitions isn't the best move. besides the obvious (zlatan never won the cl, and most probably never will), his cl knockout stage goal record is plain rubbish. this season he missed a penalty against city, and while he scored a goal from open play, he missed some huge chances as well. he also has a gigantic wage bill of around 9-10 millions a season, so if you want to have him for 3 seasons, it would cost around 55-60m gross in wages. i'd rather spend half of that on morata, who - unlike zlatan - offers no guarantees in the championship, but is a proven player in the cl knockouts, with still a lot of potential.
Very good argument. Wasn't really up to date with Zlatan's CL record.
Let there be no mistake, I really prefer Morata over Ibra. But in case Morata leaves, I see Zlatan as the most reasonable replacement in terms of quality and hunger. Cavani too, but I think he is overall way to expensive, looking at his price AND wage.

It is only June, there is still a lot of fun coming :D! Like the last mercado's I put all of my trust in Marotta and Paratici. Those guys made Juve big again and really know how to develop a balanced team.

Tevez lifted the cup, my friend...
I asked about the CL not other cups...
I`m sure Zlatan could have lifted other cups as well... Zlatan won Serie A and the French league...
You questioned his CL record so I compared it to Tevez`s who also didnt score much until he joined us!

I will translate it: he lifted the trophy with the big ears, the one they use in the CL.

lol just mentioning ibra is so controversial here. He is expensive, but if he accepted wages compatible with what Juve can pay I would sign him in a heartbeat, even with his crappy CL record

Instead of putting a detailed response to this stupid claim I`ll just say this: Before joining Juve - What has Tevez done in the CL?! What has Tevez done since joining Juve?!
- He won the CL

- He scored 7 goals on the way to our first final in 12 years and was a big leader and essential keyplayer while doing it.
- He scored 50 goals while at juventus which were essential in all that silverware we won

I dont know bro, what didnt tevez do since joining juve ?

This.

Its been showed several times how reliable 352 is with RIGHT players. Mascherano (or pjanic), Alves, and Alex Sandro will make our 352 capable of winning CL.
2002 brazil won the world cup with a 3-5-2 and was absolutely murdering peasants left and right.
hence, that team would straight up murder every team in the world since '02 aside from '06 italy

Cafu-R.carlos on the wings. Rape all day.

Just beginning to read some news bits on Licht. Couple of links popping up with Chelsea and PSG. He just gave an interview where he said that he's not closing the door on anyone, and that PSG are a great team and he's fine at Juve too where he's been for five years.

I wonder if we are looking at revamping the right side completely with Licht and Cuads out. So we monetise Licht and reinvest that in a younger RB. So we could potentially be looking at something like Alves/De Sciglio/Widmer/Vrsaijko. Dunno how much of this is true but it does seem plausible.

We seem to have a poor relationship with PSG so I don't see how we'd make a deal there. Unless they want to splash cash in our face, which is fine.

To Chelsea makes a lot more sense. Personally, I would be in favour of cashing in on him because he is nearing the end of the line.

Litch should definitely stay. We know for sure that he could boss everyone in UCL when we need to close a game, not matter if the one on front is Ney, CR7 or anyone else... He needs to stay
