But Pav is right Özil is overrated. He is prolly not even top 3 AM in EPL at this point, very particular skillset but rarely imposes himself on games. Poster boy for a player who goes missing.

JuveJay describes him perfectly - he's a "good times" player. When the chips are down, he is nowhere to be seen. Obviously he looks great and is decisive when everyone else around him is doing well.

If so, i guess it's either him or Gomes, and then i think Gomes is the better fit. Also, if he were to come as an AM, i'd actually like a guy Mkhitaryan better. I'd love Pjanic here though, he is brilliant.
