Nope. We'd be getting the short end of that deal.

Rugani will be a pseudo starter with Bonucci. I've given up all hope of having Barza and Chiellini fit at the same time for an extended run. Getting an injury prone Benatia is just going to add to our medical bench and nothing more. That said, I wouldn't be averse to a loan deal even though I'd prefer a younger, more dependable sub (in terms of availability).
This is true. How often is this dude injured?

Serious question, You can only have one... if you had to choose between Skeletor aka Cavani or Black J. Who would it be?
Fuck that's hard.

- - - Updated - - -

Taking into account we loosing Morata and Cuadrado, and we already have Mandzo and Dybala I'd get Jesus because of his potential longevity and we'd bank hard of/when we are to sell him. Also he can be be vice either vice Mandzo or vice Dybala just play him.

Only time I'd get Cavani over Jesus would be if Mandzo were to leave cause I can't rely in a softy like Morata and Zaxa despite how much I love him wknt be good enough
And I also can't stand not having a #9.

@pavluska
As far as i know HG rule include 8 players in 25 players squad.

4 who played from the age of 15 to 21 in italy.
4 who came from the club academy and played in the club or loaned from the age of 15 to 21.

I have no info if they must be italian national.
Yeah, I know about the HG rules, but U21 players don't count towards the max 25 squad size rule. You can have as many U21 players as you want.

Berardi won't count as U21 even if age is considered from start of season (July) and not when the squad is submitted. Unlike U21 NT's, when they say U21, they mean under the age of 21, not 21 or below.

The four Italy HG don't have to be Italian (EU rules prevented Tavecchio to make it Italy-specific). Just trained in Italy for three years before they turn 21. And we have plenty of them.

The rules changes:

- Max of 25 non-U21 players in the squad
- No limit for U21 players
- 8 non-U21 players have to be Italy HG
- 4 of the 8 have to be club HG
- Non-EU players who haven't had 3+ years of pro contract can't be signed now (rules out signing 15/16 yo's from South America and Africa)
- And something about youth players can't be signed as EU unless they've had 4+ years of Italian residency

They're perfect as far as Italy NT and Serie A are concerned.

If we are going to keep playing 352 then yes we need one and binatia is a good option.
Are you sure? Don't think loan counts. And 21 doesn't count, otherwise Pogba would count as a club HG player.

The non-EU rules imposed by the FIGC only makes Italian club football less competitive. I wouldn't mind it if other EU Federations have the same rule. All I see is a greater disadvantage.

A better rule would be to have a minimum number of Italians on matchday - say 4 or 5 - the rest can be from any country you like (EU or non-EU). That would include the bench.

It'll defo make calcio more competitive in the long run. I'm actually surprised by how perfect these new rules are. They've covered everything that was required wrt squads and transfers, and all the numbers are spot on.

Can't do that. Gay EU laws won't allow the implementation of a rule like that.

didnt people get enough out of cavani dream every damn year.
no, they can never have enough and they always forget Marotta never acquired such a finisher in his entire career...
This is happening each and every year since Marotta joined us and there are ppl still rooting for him.
Apparently they are trolls and siding with the weakest link, is their best bet to find an excuse to fight with anyone who loves Juve and criticises our weaknesses.
Apart from them, there are the dreamers of course, that can think that we can sign anyone. They are harmless, as long as management doesnt actually behave like them and spend the majority of our transfer window hunting unrealistic targets.

so when do we re-open the Ibra thread? :numnum: @Völler
when teams like Galata Saray lose interest on him, like it happened with Anelka

Benatia agent: 'No Juventus talks’

Medhi Benatia’s agent insists “there is nothing” with Juventus, despite links to the Bayern Munich defender.

Borussia Dortmund announced today that defender Mats Hummels had asked to leave and join the Bavarian side, meaning Benatia may be surplus to requirements.

It has been suggested that the Bianconeri are looking to take the centre-back on loan for a season, with a €23m buyout clause, but the player’s agent insists there’s been no contact.

“There’s nothing with Juventus,” Moussa Sissoko told Il Messaggero.

“At the end of the season we’ll have a meeting with Bayern and assess what the club and Medhi want to do.”

Even your nonsense should have limits. You talk like you are a Genoa fan, and not fan of the club that won 5 scudetti in row and has a CL final and narrow well fought loss Vs Bayern this season, and has a squad filled with quality, many of them young.

Who has made all this possible?

Is Neto gonna stay? He played only what, 5 times this season (out of 52 games total) and I can see him being unhappy. We were linked to Alisson in January, the guy was called by Dunga for the NT and even started 3 times. His contract is up in November...

FI recently said Neto will leave and we want Sirigu to replace him. Previously they mentionned Marchetti.

It would Suck for Sirigu to watch Gigi bench him on two teams lol.

Looks like he really will go. I don't know what he expected when he got here, maybe he wanted to win a scudetto and leave afterwards. Sirigu would be expensive for a backup keeper i think. Hope we can find someone for free

Juventus have been informed there's no chance of keeping hold of Juan Cuadrado.

The Colombian has impressed this season on-loan from Chelsea and Juve are keen to make the deal permanent.

However, TMW says Chelsea have already informed Juve that Cuadrado is a required player for next season.

Incoming manager Antonio Conte regards Cuadrado highly and has demanded he be added to Chelsea's squad for next term.

It's a blow for Juve, where GM Beppe Marotta said just this week: "We will try to hold Cuadrado. The coaching staff are very pleased with him."

I would like to keep Quadrado. Love the way he runs at opponents and the trickery he posseses. Was vital in games this season e.g group stage against City, 2nd leg against Bayern, that winner against Torino. If this giy had a say, I am sure he would stay put in Turin. If he does go ba k to chelsea, I hope he flops worse than his first spell.
