If its either Morata or Lukaku then our future is good but I`ll say it again Morata is not exactly a prima punta while Lukaku is the definition of prima punta so It just depends on our needs!
I`d take Lukaku personally given we have Dybala as our support striker and probably Berardi will be here next season... as for prima punta we have Mandzukic and Zaza both of them are not great IMO
Lukaku could be something really special there
If you could get a young Drogba in your team wouldnt you do it even if it means goodbye Morata? Especially as this guy has Real all over him even if we keep him!
If he fulfill his potential Real will sign him and he would run to Real!
Lukaku might want Real Barca Bayern and etc.. but isnt anyone bound so even if he gets great its not a certainty he`ll leave us
Young Drogba was awful so no but old Drogba on the other hand :tuttosport: Lukaku is not Drogba however.

didnt they sell mandzu and turan lately.

they dont get much of cash income like the other big two.
Mandzu had a fallout with Simeone and Turan is like 30 yrs old now.Basically they've cashed in at the right time for both these players considering both were in their late twenties. They sold Miranda,Costa,Filipe Luis who were all in their mid-late twenties/early 30's.
Ofcourse every player has a price but i get the impression they'll keep their younger stars for a few more yrs and Koke perhaps belongs in that list.

They're going about their business smartly. For example,i can see them cashing in on Godin who is 30 now while keeping their younger players.

Luca Toni was crap until he was 27
As was Vardy. Poacher kinda strikers seem to get better with age.

I don't see them cashing on Godin he's too important for them and their captain but I agree that they are going to keep their young core together.

Dont know why players like Lukaku get mentioned here.Everton have put a 60m pound price tag on his head.Thats crazy.

If there's one thing,Juventus dont do these kind of deals. The only instance of outbidding/overpaying occurs when Serie A players come into question especially reachable targets from non-rival teams.

Players like Lukaku,Koke,Gundogan etc have so much hype riding behind them that its not worth bothering.More the hype ,bigger the transfer fee.

Agree but i was only trying to imply Atletico would rather cash in on their older players than selling off their young talents for some quick profit.

To add to this, it also immediatly explains why he's still at everton.

I think Everton also have some new investors who will throw some cash into the team.

Most PL clubs will soon be so rich that it will be almost impossible to do business with them at least with reasonable prices.

Lukaku will leave either way.Cant keep a player against his will.

I think he'll be a Manchester United player next season.Only PL teams would match those ridiculous asking prices.

what about koke from atletico?
I was just thinking about this :D
He's a great midfielder, a lot of technique but also very hard working, he wouldn't compromise our scheme, and he's versatile since he can also play RM and even AM if needed.

Imagine a 4-4-2 with
Koke-Khedira-Marchisio-Pogba

:D damn

I meant more of a new Drogba than comparing young Drogba to young Lukaku
I meant Lukaku has the physique of Drogba! Yeah Lukaku is definitely has a long way to go in order to reach his level!
