He's far more 'ripped' now. I wouldn't be surprised if he actually lost weight / muscle in the process of becoming a quicker, more agile player.

BTW, I understand @Zacheryah's concerns, I really do. Lukaku definitely has weak points. But you can't argue his statistics. It's sort of like bringing up penalties when talking about Ronaldo's goals.

No one perfect. Every player has his pros and cons.

But you need to get the player you need, can fit in fast and make the team more complete.

I dont know if we need lukaku, we have manzu, dybala and zaza.

Morata is more like 50/50 to stay, and hope we will keep him, no need for lukaku.

Cuadrado doesnt even start over Licht if the latter is fit, to preserve balance. And how do we play 352 with an AM and dybala and morata ?

3 out of 4 semi finalist this year have shitty defenses.

Our amazing defense conceded 6 goals in two games vs Bayern. While they had only one CB on the field.

So much about balance.

Isco: 'Juventus are interested'
By Football Italia staff

Isco’s agent confirms “there is interest from Juventus, but for now no official offers. He would like to stay at Real Madrid.”

The attacking midfielder has long been suggested as Max Allegri’s number one choice for the trequartista role behind the strikers.

“Yes, there is interest from Juventus,” agent and father Paco Alarcon told Tuttomercatoweb.

“The Bianconeri are tracking him, but for now there have been no official offers.

“My son is focused only on ending the year well with Real Madrid, where he would like to stay next season too.

“He is already at one of the top clubs in the world.”

There were reports today that Juventus could try to use Alvaro Morata as part of an exchange deal with Isco.

Juve close on PSG teen Ikone
By Football Italia staff

French papers claim Juventus are in advanced talks with Jonathan Ikone, who could leave PSG for just €1.5m.

The Bianconeri have made huge profits from this sort of approach, signing Paul Pogba from Manchester United at the end of his contract and swooping for Paris Saint-Germain prodigy Kingsley Coman – now at Bayern Munich – for €1.5m.

According to L’Equipe, Beppe Marotta is about to do it again with advanced talks over personal terms with 17-year-old PSG talent Ikone.

Full name Nanitamo Jonathan Ikone, he will turn 18 next month and can play on the left or right wing in attacking roles.

As he is not yet a professional player, Juventus could sign him with just a €1.5m compensation fee for Paris Saint-Germain.

He is a France Under-17 international with six goals in 14 caps at that level.

Zach is in one of his periods past weeks where he becomes unreadable and irrational to the extreme, so kinda wait for him to come down from his overboard more then usual style and start to resemble anything worth taking seriously/discussing. His posts about Isco, and other players lately just straight wtf.

Yeah Lukaku has his limitations and is more of a brute/simplistic and not so refined, but he is a prima punta who is extremely promising while still performing consistently. He is a 22 year old who has 268 games and 119 goals so far. Defenitely very rare to have that kind of constant experience and scoring touch in top level right now. Worked his way up and does it reasonably well every season. If you not found of archaic power CFs that bully defence on his, thats one thing, but you gotta acknowledge and respect his consistent scoring. We are a team that has similar type of player in Mandzukic (except not nearly as fast) starting, who is on his way down, having someone like Lukaku over him would be improvement right now even if the belgian doesnt committ to the same defensive attitude, but he is hungry for goals (something Mandzukic seems to forget is his job past months...) and knows how to get them, batters his way through til he accomplishes that.
It most be roid rage.

Both Lukaku and Isco would be fantastic aditions to this squad. I dont know if I would take Lukaku over Morata but he is a very interesting young CF.

I had high hopes for lukaku back when he left anderlech at what, 18 y/o or something and went to the EPL. THen he was exceptionally bad each time he played for the NT.
Looking at his EPL games, you'd see a player who has alot of qualities, and a very retarded brain.
No i'm not a fan anymore. Reason i'm so negative is not cause i hate him or anything. He's a fine player. Its because he's overhyped to a disgusting amount.

At the NT, he is considerably behind Benteke, Batshuayi and even Origi or Vossen. Nuff said.

Also, it's his racism acting up. They don't come more black than Lukaku..
Asamoah.
