- inter say no to Juve for Brozovic
- Juve talked to Nazio for Biglia. Costs a lot.
- Matuidi is the priority
- Witsel costs too much for a player leaving for free soon.
- Chelsea open to talk about Cuadrado to Juve. $ loan + option. :numnum:

....

So fucking sign Hector Herrera!!!

I cannot believe the board have waited this long to finalise the team

- - - Updated - - -

Btw Lazio would ask for 40m to sell Biglia..
yeah and they can go fuck themselves, we don't even need him now we got Pjanic and realistically I wouldn't pay more than 15-20 mill for him considering age and scope to improve

 at people whining about our midfield.

Khedira-Marchisio-Pjanic is a world class midfield trio. Easy. Allegri already said Marchisio will be back in October. We'll have played 2-3 CL group games before that. Same deal as last year when both Khedira and Marchisio missed the first couple CL games.

Our midfield is fantastic. We just need a 4th solid-to-top player for rotation purposes and injury cover.

We have Kojo for that. Case closed.

Same Kojo thats unreliable for years? And looks quite mundane/pedestrian as CM right now besides his fitness issues? He litterally allways plays the safe pass and seems to drift wide too much, positioning and overall quality he used to have is just not there. We wouldnt be talking about other options if we thought he was enough to replace Pogba...

I liked him alot as a wingback, but this version of him after 3 years of injury and coming back to old position he barely looks comfortable in let alone add top impact for, is far from reassurring for me in any capacity then just depth choice one.

I mean in overall past 4-5 years, we been gradually improving and adding real quality to team ambitiously for every season EXCEPT for Vidal and Pogba cases I already said. Tevez = Dybala for me, and that says alot of how insane Dybala is. Thats as good as a replacement gets. Pirlo was great but he was naturally declining big time and had to make way, replacing him positionally with Marchisio has been fine even if fairly conservative. The rest are all improvements for me, Higauin > Morata despite me being a much more of a fan of the latter, its dead obvious, and Alves > Cuadrado. And in general Marotta just knows how to carefully add needed quality to the team (except AM lol), we have on our bench now players who would $#@! on our starters from some years ago.

Only things I dont like is as said selling Vidal and Pogba, especially former, and not directly replacing them well enough to diminish our greatest strength for CL which was the midfield. Also I kinda dont like how our long term top level generation of players is kinda halfed with Pogba and Morata leaving same summer...Only have Rugani and Dybala now (way too soon to talk about Pjaca until he shows something), and Sandro if you wanna ad 26 year old to the pool of youngsters. I'm not youth obbsessed player, but its kinda unfortunate most of our recent bigger signings besides Pjanic are 29 year olds or so, for long term goals, or for glass half empty fellas here, for maxium re-sale value later.
Talking 4-5 years, of course we do but our real jump was two years ago.

Relative to average age, IMO Max have more weighted in current decision making process and for our coach experience is very very important so he went for mature players cuz last year was "reduce age" and this year is get "matute players".

I'm not complaining but it's a fact when u lose two 23yo WC potential for older players
