Got this from Goal.com:

Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon insists his club have not bought the title.
The Blues are just a point away from Premiership glory, and could even win it on Monday if Arsenal fail to defeat Tottenham.

"It would be unfair on and unjust to Jose Mourinho and the players to say we had success on the back of money," said Kenyon.

"What we did last year was take some pain and some grief reducing the squad size and what this is about is a group of players who have come together.

"Every result they have got, they have earned. And whatever they get out of this season, it’s not about money.

"It’s been about a lot of players who have improved, players who are better players than they were 12 months ago."
What a load of bollocks.
