Oh wait, you havent heard the best part...Kewell, in his contract ACTUALLY has it written that he can CHOOSE when to play and when NOT too...He has a "veto" on when he plays...

THen again I hate Liverpool...There is only one Harry Kewell!!
:D You know, a lot of Man U fans were distraught at the thought of having let him slip away when Liverpool signed him. His comments about Man U being a team in terminal decline shortly afterwards helped though.

My favourite Kewell story (because I'm in it): I was at the Ireland-Australia friendly last year (the year before?). After the match, walking down from the terraces, I wondered to a friend why Kewell hadn't played. An Aussie fan turns to me and spits, "I hope that bastard never plays for us again," going on to explain his reasons. Lots of friends has young Harry.

No. I'm hard to categorise! Let's just say I like good football.

N.B. Houllier's 'pool didn't play good football.

So, do you like any other teams?

Liverpool have never played good football, they've never been the team to play great attacking football even in the past...

sorry, but to say that cahill is better than lampard is laughable, to say the least. without offense.

lampard is , perhaps, the most complete palyer in the world.

Not really. They were pretty good when I was a sprog, watching Redknapp, Fowler and Steve McManaman.

Yeah, I like other teams. I follow my local team, UCD, who you'll have never heard of (I hope - otherwise you're a big anorak). I enjoy watching Man Utd, used to like Leeds and Chelsea (man, money sure screws up clubs), will watch Spurs, Charlton and Chelsea (have to keep tabs on Duffer), and find Newcastle bearable (sometimes). I'm not even going to start on the continent!

Yes, but historical, Liverpool we're never an "exciting" team, thats another reason why Liverpool and Man Utd were such bitter rivals, because they played polar-opposite styles of football...Liverpool for example never had out-and-out wingers like George Best...

UCD? No, but I like Leinster...I hate Leeds...I dont like Chelsea at all, I "liked" them when Zola was there, but now they suck...I've like Spurs this season, one of my favorite players is Michael Carrick...

I have to disagree on two counts:
1. Cahill has had one season at this level - it's been bloody good, but it's not enough to really rate him as a player. We'll see how he finds his level next year.

2. Lampard is not the most complete player at Chelsea, much less in the world. He's a midfielder with good plassing, a decent shot (which he abuses) and an enviable stamina. I rate him above Gerrard, but only just, and I'd certainly take someone like Nedved over him - I'm not a blinkered Juve fanatic either.

As I said, he abuses his long-range shooting ability. Just like Gerrard looks for that killer 40-yard long ball that looks amazing on the highlights but is in fact a criminal waste of a lot of posession, Lampard shoots on sight. If Phil Neville shot at goal as often as that, he'd have an impressive scoring rate, but it hurts the team.

Yep, that was going to be my point, I think he has had more shots then any other player in the EPL...I'll go find out...

Like mikhail said, if more people watched live games, and saw him they'd be less impressed, thanks to Sky to many people watch MOTD and only get highlights...

Lampard vs Cahill

Lampard = 8 goals/56 shots.../30 Appearances

Shots/goals = 9.33

Penalties = 2 goals...

Cahill = 7 goals/17 shots/26 Appearances

Shots/goals = 2.43

Penalties = 0...

Conclusion = Cahill, in less appearences and, with vastly less shots has only 1 less goal...

Yes.

UCD? No, but I like Leinster...
The rugby team?

I hate Leeds...
Most people do now. My opinion of Leeds is best encapsulated by this thread

I dont like Chelsea at all, I "liked" them when Zola was there, but now they suck...
Yeah, everyone loves Zola. I dislike them on principle now and Mourinho has something of a laxative effect (he irritates the shit out of me), but when Duff and Robben are playing well, they're pretty impressive.

I've like Spurs this season, one of my favorite players is Michael Carrick...
For me, it's those forwards: Keane, Defoe and Kanoute are all capable of really entertaining football, while Mido looks to be a good addition to that.

Wow, Lampard most be so special...I mean he plays in a 5-MAN-MIDFIELD!! He has almost no responisibilty, I'd like to see him at a "small" club, where it is vital NOT to lose the ball...

mourinho is the messiah to any team he coaches.
juve would "kill" to have him because with jose juve will already be champion of italy, way ahead juve.

you can dislike him but , no one, can deny his tremendous impact.
he´s the best of all!!!!!!!
