My best friend plays for the Portland timbers and they played Man C. last weekend in a friendly. He had to mark Vieira and Ade throughout the game...he did say that out of all the players he played against that Vieira is still class, regardless of age but he thought Ade was an absolute beast in the air (impossible to mark on corners) and his first touch was nothing like he has ever seen before.

About 8 millions for a season, and if we want to continue after that, it will be like 10-11 millions for a season based on the length of contract. It's not cheap, but it's cheaper than Dzeko for example, especially this summer when we need a quality forward and 2-3 other players. I'd consider him an option if he's fit and motivated.
Adebayor would arguably sell more shirts than Dzeko if in the end we would buy him, but that's not so important. The thing I'm worried about is that we could be left with peanuts to improve our other areas of team if we sign Dzeko for 35 millions. Of course we may have about 60-70 millions to spend together with sales, but I highly doubt that's the case.
Why?
Nobody knows how much money we have. All that has been said is that Marotta is prioritising a right winger, a left back and a center back. If Agnelli wants to dive into future funds or whatever to get Dzeko, then I won't complain.
It's no secret that we want to offload some of our players as well. Zebina and Tiago being the first I can think of, definitely a target striker if we sign Edin.

I won't complain either. I would be ok with what we have for mids this year if I know we have a striker that is able to produce on his own when necessary and not have strikers that "need" crosses to only be able to score.
We still have some sales to make...We can easily make another 20-25m on sales to buy 2 of the 3 (LB, LM, RM). It all depends on what Juve are doing. I trust them.
