How was he? Also he looks so much older than what he actually is.
Did alright. Didn't have many saves to make, wouldn't have been expected to save that shot. Most of his play was with his feet and he looked comfortable with that, like most modern keepers.

This kid seems to be assertive and have a lot of personality/confidence. This is priority n.1 for any young GK at Juve. Looked comfortable on the ball and aggressive when leashing out.

But he may have reacted a bit too slow in the goal. It was too far away.

He's always been a leader throughout the youth teams, definitely a confident guy. That's a good trait to have for any keeper. You can see it here for example in his post-match interview:


There is talk of him being #2 for next season but that is a big step up to be the first cover for Gigi. Perhaps he would be better given a chance on loan. I think after Donnarumma and Meret there is this guy, not many weaknesses in his game.

Very good game.

Possibly should have done better on the opener, but some excellent saves and seems to have improved on crosses.
