He was the same player for Juventus as he is for the Azzurri. Conte of course, being the unifying factor there. It's clear to see how instrumental a player like that is for Conte, somebody who just takes and follows instructions, rather than use their own instinct as far as in-game plans are concerned. Giacch thrives in that situation clearly, and in many ways, Conte does too. I can easily see them be a well made match at Chelsea as well, though I doubt it will happen.
