Giaccherini speaks Italian. Elia and Estiga don't. Maybe that explains why in 2 games, we've had only 2 non-Italian starters.

The language excuse is pretty poor. How difficult is it to learn a few soccer related words and play based on that? I feel Conte just has a massive hard on for italians and will play them ahead of anyone else unless you are so much better he doesn't have any other option.

If Conte has a massive hard-on for Italians, then why are 6 out of 9 new transfers this season NON-ITALIAN?
