As far as I know, with Gmail you can attach files up to 1 GB.

    I do hope that attachments can be bigger there, I need to send and receive big things.

    That´s the complete opposite of what I´ve heard. I´ve ready many complaints that you have all this space, but still you can only have small attachments, but maybe you´re right... Someone go check it out.

    Well, I'm not saying it's true. I might be wrong, but that's what I heard. :)

    yeah, it definitely was something like 100MB (I attached some more stuff...)

    Can't say the exact number though...

    If you have a yahoo account you're given a yahoo briefcase- basically your web storage space. Very easy to navigate.

    Good thing is that you can transfer your email attachments to the briefcase with just one click.

    I tried attaching a 15mb file last week and it wouldn't attach because I went over the 10mb limit.

    So unless they changed it within this week, gmail attachments must be less than 10mb.

    at least it didn't complain when I added Metallica's Ride the lighting (whole album) to attachments...
