His Hamburg spell wasn't so successfull,i will not judge him by his time there because he had many problems there,injuries,hard time with the coach...
i think if he is ready to resolve his mental problems,and put all his Hamburg time behind him,he deserves a chance.
Still i would have prefered Afellay.

As for the others who said I`m not alone, I realise it but it seems like you are alone when you see so many users blast him as being shit, "black Pepe", "Giaccherini would bench him" and etc...
From Vargas,Perroti,Malouda and Elia I`d pick the last one!

Yeah,and from what i read on live.skysports match report,mainly because of the injury to their starting LM...
by the time he was on the pitch he commited 2 fouls and Hamburg conceaded 2 goals to lose the game 4-3.after leading 3-2 after 75 minutes.
I guess it's not his fault,but just funny how everything looks bad for him...
Maybe someone who saw him play can share with us if he did something nice in those 15 minutes he played...

Dude I wrote "just in LW".. IMO he does not have the quality to be a starting winger in a team like Juve. Well maybe now thinking he will fight for the spot vs players (Gianchbkabkabka & Estegbagjagha) that are on same level as him. I would have preferred Vargas or Bastos.
EDIT: my bad, I see you wrote a LB playing LW. But Traore did have some games as LB also..

Malouda- I havent seen him this past year but I saw him play before and I wasnt impressed
Vargas- He is a good player but far away from being great. I think he is very overated in this forum.
Afellay- I dont know never seen him play before
I`m just waiting for him to go to a good team that will guide him like he should be guiden and then you see that I`m right about him.

Malouda - proven(WC level experience) quality player.that will make an immediate impact on our team.
Vargas - experienced Serie-A winger,works hard,good technique,great crosses,keeps performing well every year.
Afellay - quality talented player,skill,pace,technique,if he will get his minutes he can definitely be a WC in the future.
Elia - has potential to be great,maybe,but that maybe is more than just a risk.
so if we can sign other winger of those mentioned,we should do it,IMO.
Elia should be last option.
