Don't base your opinion on his videos, I bet I can make a brilliant video for Motta as well. Guys what's wrong with linebreak lol ? Dude, no one wants a good/average LW as our starter! Wake up :/ We are past the point of buying "potential", we need proven and only proven for now.

It depends what you mean by high level. What's the highest level you've played at?

What makes you think Hamburg doesn't care about Elia? And why don't they?

What are these qualities that Conte has that brings out the best in players? Where have you seen examples?
Unless I say iv played in a div 1 european leagueit wont matter. Im no wenger but I am confident in my abilities in spoting and developing players and I am confident Elia is a good player and at 8-9m hes worth getting. Hes better then Pepe enough said.

i am not saying hamburg dont care but the player is not happy and thats what matters most.

I am by no means saying Conte is this genious coach bla bla but I have confidence in him and watching some training sessions when I was in Philly and Bardonecchia I personally get the sense he knows how to talk with the players and the players seem to respond to him well. Of course we will never know until the season startsand I know my opinion means nothing but I have confidence in him. Plus obviously serie b is no world class league and does not show alot but it does show the ability to keep his players focused to get through a promotion battle. Getting promoted to not an easy thing do to. Teams beat on eachother at every chance becuse everyone wants to get promoted.

But whatever man I dont want to argue anyone. I feel Elia is good enough to start for us and become a good signing and in the lorn run could become an amazing invesment at only 8-10m but obviously it depends on him but again I feel if a change in location he will become a different player.

lol - what do you think I'm going to attack you or belittle you or something? State your opinion I'm genuinely interested in knowing if in the Bundesliga Elia is considered a below average winger. I for one don't watch the Bundesliga enough to comment.
What are you talking about lol I answered your question in my edit.

Juventus dont have that "I want to play for Juve" factor like we use to, We will not actract players like Nasri Nani Robben Di Maria Ribery until we get that stature back. Vargas is a long shot. Fiornetina and us do not like eachother and we are in direct competition for that 3rd CL spot. Face it we have to settle with players who are potentially will get great and players that are unproven. If we dont sign Vargas or Elia you'll be happy with Pepe? If so this little back and forth is done.

It didn't dawn upon them to give him a wage raise + new release clause two seasons ago?
they knew the player for a very long time (since he was 16 or something) and so they surely did not think "hey, one day nuri will wake up and play like zidane"... they probably were surprised by nuris performances themselves (or at least surprised how the performances influenced others to believe nuri was world class) and just did the most smart thing they could in selling him to real madrid for the most they could get (given the clause).

dortmund now have reinforced their midfield and people say its even more creative and unpredictable after sahin is gone. so no marks of "oh god, a world class player left us". its more like they made him look good and now they got money out of it without actually missing him much.

just like certain teams make certain players in them look good while they would completely fail at other clubs.

if nuri actually was worldclass than you would have seen that way before, because he played professional games with a pretty young age and was visible to anyone with a tv, but guess what no one said "hey that young guy that plays for feyenord has glimpes of world class, lets sign him" similar to that nuri even played games for the second squad of dortmund in the 4th german league ... even there no other club of an higher league said "look how he plays... he is totally above the other players of this league, lets snap him up".

just because you get bought by real madrid does not make you world class

Hmm - we'll if Bundesliga watchers think he's crap then maybe he's too risky

Do opposition teams fear him when he's on?
no one fears him because he does not even have a "name" here. he is not even established as standard bundesliga player... and surely not mentioned when someone talks about young talented players
