Im curiuos to what exacltu is conte's problemo with elia is.

It cannot be lack of effort in training. Ffs there is a lack of effort in REAL matches from the likes of krasic, marchisio, pepe, vucinic......yet they still play. Are these players really that impressive in training, or is thete another reason elia is not used.

We could definitely do with a player who can beat his man and has his pace against the small sides, who are usually hard to break down. I hope, and reckon, we'll see him in the next few fixtures.

how do you see "having pace" being the skill needed when you play against teams that have 10 men in their box ? it's not like you can just run past a player without another defender already waiting there to clear the ball.
