Does anybody think Elia will be a game changer? With Krasic out, he could have been useful since besides Vucinic he's the only player who likes to go 1-on-1. Could be useful against smaller teams that like to put a wall in front of their goal.

But at this point, thats not even the problem. Just interested in how things turned out this way. At least if he got the chance to fail people would shut up.
You described it as a perfect game for him to play in...

I actually would like him to play as well.

It is the perfect game for him to play. I'd much rather see him against Siena that have a wall in defense than against, I don't know, a good team.

And believe me, if he was crap, I wouldn't call for him anymore. Right now, I'm just interested in seeing that type of winger in a Juve jersey.

Tak!

"Jag satt och diskuterade lite med min vän Melih, polare till Agon Mehmeti, om varför grabben inte får speltid. Ganska enkelt sa han – de vill att han lär sig språket först. Lex Elia?" http://www.svenskafans.com/italien/22-Vidoppet-annu-433605.aspx

I sat down and discussed with my friend Melih, a friend of Agon Mehmeti (new arrival to Palermo from Swedish club Malmö FF). We spoke about why the guy doesn't get any time on the pitch. Rather easy he answered, they want him to learn their language first. Lex Elia?

As he indicates, is Elia not given any time on the pitch cuz of the same thing? Can't be, right?

Does anyone hate Elia? Probably not.

Do people think it's stupid to think he'd be a game changer every time we don't win a game? Probably.
I don't think anyone is labeling him as our saviour, but in a world where Boriello has had his chances in this Juve, you'd expect your €10M rated winger to have his too.

Not the same thing at all. Mehmeti is just arrived from Allsvenskan, one of the shittiest leagues in Europe while Elia arrived from Bundesliga and was a regular with the Dutch NT. The whole language thing can't be applied on Elia, at least not the same way.

The whole language thing is absolute bullshit! Why is that retarded Bimbo still getting playing time after showing numerous times that he sucks monkey balls! And he DOESN'T SPEAK the language either despite being here for year! While this nigga performs everytime he gets a chance....ridiculous! Why does a STD infected clown like Borriello gets a chance right after signing with us while Elia played only 45mins for us since signing in the summer window.

If Conte's got a winning formula it's cool...by all means keep on using it. But give this brother a chance! If not at least make it known why he isn't getting playing time...does he have a crappy attitude? Unwilling to conform? Say something...

Agree completely. Obviously you have to keep some facts in house which is to be expected but we cannot be the only ones asking these questions. Media members, trifosi closer to the team. Ultra members etc. someone has to be asking head questions about Elia and all we have heard is he has to learn the language and it takes time to adapt to the league which frankly is crap since the last two times he came on the pitch he had a positive impact in the game. It's just frustrating that people keep asking to see him and a perfect situation comes to play him and we get Matri and Borriello for a bit then quay and borriello. Std hasn't created one fuckin thing for however many minutes he's played while Elia for the fraction of the time he's got I can think of atleast 3-4 chances he's created and 1 assist to boot but we arnt the coach so who the fuck knows. Whether he has the potential to become a top class player who knows but whatever his problem is or Contes problem with him he doesn't deserve to sit on the bench for half a season especially during a euro cup year. Losing his place on the national team and not even on the bench most of the time for his club is crap. Unless we intend to use him as a starter next season I hope we sell him. He's 24 has obvious talent immature or not hes at an age where he needs to play not he a reserve.
