I can understand his frustration. He hasn't even been given the chance to show anything at all. Guys like Esti and Giaccherini get to play without being overly impressive yet he gets absolutely nothing.

Shouldn't go out publicly with his anger though.

Yep. That's all. He's allowed to be frustrated, but don't go public with it.

Shame. Why paying 9m for someone who is not rated by coach? What's up with the wingers btw? We have 5, one is playing, two on bench, other two are nowhere.
I believe that before the season it was unclear to Conte too if his team is going to play 4-3-3 or 4-4-2. If it was 4-4-2 Mirko was gonna be one of the two attackers so we needed to have at least 4 wingers (we have 5). In a 4-3-3 Mirko takes a place on the sides so having so many wingers is needless, but, like I said, we didn't really know which tactics are we going to use.

Now that we saw which tactic works the best, we can shape the squad better by getting rid of some wingers and adding players for the positions we need. As far as the midfield and the attack are concerned, I'd like us to buy another good CM and a star signing for the right wing, with Pepe as a sub for both wings.
