Well, I don't care what a player does during his free time or what he posts on Twitter. All i care about is what he does on the pitch and I've seen enough of Elia to know that he could be a good player for us. Now if Conte gives him a decent chance and he flops then I'm all for "sending his ass back to hamburg". Other than that I couldn't care less.

Krasic doesn't seem to give a fuck, doesn't put effort in and is being rather poor lately. Pepe will always be Pepe, although he did put in a few decent/good performances earlier on in the season. Giaccherini is out ( I don't know for how long ) and the only other player to play ahead of Elia is Esti, who did alright'ish.

I might be biased, but if there was ever a good time to prefer Elia over the others, it is now. Atleast give him a half.
