Elia has a worse mentality but you can't denied he know how to play football.
Because his mentally behavior he never become a good player. Still the kid who loves to just play football at the street.

Depay is one of his friends. Hopefully depay will keep his good mentally and not copy Elia.

The man hasn't done almost anything of note in his career prior to scoring these two goals with Southampton. A 27 year old failure who is finally getting game time at a mediocre british club because the guy benching him is in AFCON. And yet the Conte-hating-squad's butthurtness trumps Elias failures and are criticizing Conte during his miracle season for not giving Elia a chance. Tuz :touched:

Southampton is not a mediocre club. I watch their games, they win them by domination and chances created, not flukes

They have been pretty well run in the past couple of seasons. Koeman is doing a pretty good job as well.
yeah, and that come down partly because of Southampton actually being the only major club in the south, so they litteraly takes all the talents from the region and while their youth academy is great, they have a well-organised board who run the club very well, selling overrated players for tentths of millions while buying for peanuts all the underrated ones that just shine under a coach like Koeman. Oh and they make their own kits, not adidas or puma or nike, their own. Nice
