Eljero Elia has completed a switch from Juventus to Werder Bremen. The Dutch winger, 25, moves on a permanent deal, returning to play in the Bundesliga following a previous two-year spell with Hamburg.
After joining the Bianconeri in August 2011, Elia went on to make a total of five appearances and featured for 175 minutes.
