@Fr3sh

Bro. I refrain from engaging in religious discussions (even with my own parents) as in the end people who follow a faith so blindly have no room for logic or reason. Moderation is key, and the way you interpret and apply teachings in modern society is also imperative. It is all about balance. I see a lot of people focusing on marginal issues, instead of the core. At the end of the day, it's their prerogative. Once people learn to look inwards, be accountable for their own selves, and judge their actions before they judge others, this world will ultimately become a better place.
You hit the nail on it's head when it comes to religion.

However! My argument isn't about religion, my argument is Africa for Africans. Period. The decision making must be made from within, and to do so, there must be some sort of unity, and to do so, our history must be reviewed through an unbiased and purely academic fashion. Humanity didn't exist for 2000 years, and neither has Egypt or Africa existed for just 2000 years. We must go back to the root of the issue and implement sovereignty in every African country. Our borders have been set for us for fuck sakes!! How can someone respect your limits?!?! A French man can walk into half of the African countries no problem, but if another African wants to enter a neighboring country he needs a visa!!

The issue must be dealt at the very root! Africa holds sooooooo many riches and it's current situation is inexcusable!

For fuck sakes I spent to much time on this shit and now I have less then 15minutes to prep for my next class. But ya Africa Unite yo!

Oh I know very well what's going on in Somalia. Pure confusion, nobody knows what they're fighting for. Arabizition of Africa is so serious that some Somali's even Sudanese don't consider themselves "black" they consider themselves Arab. It completely cuts of their roots and acknowledges nothing more but their religious context.

As for the last part.
Not muslims?!?! Who do they believe? Who is their prophet? That hatred too that is demonstrated in that comment! It's frightening to say the least! You are EXCUSING WARS!!! You are JUSTIFYING it!!
what exactly are you trying to say. somali and sudanese dont consider themselves black? wtf. those arabs brought and teached them Islam. and now you want them to stay away. yeah it was so much better without the arabs when they worshiped fire, the moon or whatever they worshiped at the time. cuts out their roots....? and whats bad about that part. Islam is not just a religion if you know what i mean. when you accept that there is only one God you also accept that hes the ultimate autority (not the state) and the only country that ever provided that was the Caliphate. when it was destroyed, we got bunch of secularistic countries with muslims split apart. and you think that is a good thing?

for the shia. you should read a little about their beliefs, what they say about the first 3 Khalifas etc. and then come here and laugh...

I know what they say about the Abubakar, Umar and Uthman.

Now I'll give a little homework, go read up on African history. We were all dancing monkeys until you blessed us all with your camels.

If you put all the heavily religious countries in one column and the ones that aren't in another column, many casual observers might mistake those lists for "economically advanced" vs. not.

It cannot be entirely by coincidence. Just sayin'...

I'd rather live in a country where people are killing themselves, but enjoying basic rights and freedom to make their own choices/decisions than in a cesspit with lack of access to clean water, proper nutrition, and being spoon fed inaccurate and misleading information.

@Bianconero81 it's not about what you'd rather. It's about fixing the issue. It's about being able to step back and make strong educated choices. This shit's been going on for too long.

They were merely trying to live their lives the only way they knew how.

The fact that you are speaking so blindly and excusing war so blindly, it's genuinely frightening me.
what war am I excusing again???

- - - Updated - - -

What land?!?! The more I speak to you the more I think you are an idiot or all you've read were islamic books with fictitious elements.
1st whats your problem? you obvioulsy have a problem with undertanding things. you keep repeating stuff i dont talk about at all.

2nd if you dont know what land belongs to muslims then why am I even discussing with you :rolleyes2

:agree: I was just responding to the simplistic rebuttal of Greg's post by Monsieur Zizinho. However, who is going to take charge Fr3sh? A lot of money needs to be invested, and the powers that be are too greedy and lack the desire to share or care for their communities. They always looks at the short term, as opposed to instilling a long term project with sustainable benefits for all.

Right down there.

???? what? how about the caliphate that lasted for 1400 years between the 600s and 1900s... and dont come me with they had wars with shia, as you cant consider them muslims...

The bolded part + the quotes.
The small print shows your ignorance on the subject matter and how you decide to speak blindly. For all you know they were monotheist at the time and that is/was MUCH MUCH MUCH futher back then when our "heroes" came to rescue us. Ethiopia is the oldest Christian state my friend, the concept of a single God didn't come to us just after Arabs preached it to us.
