Verratti said it last summer, dont recall Dybala saying it. But if he did it would only mean they are equally unloyal :D
Fair enough, didn't know about Verratti :D

But he was a Barca fan as a child while Verratti...

I'm of course fine with Dybala too, exceptional talent, Verratti would literally be my dream signing though, rate him extremely highly.

Verratti would be my dream signing too, thats why I said I would splash the whole summer budget on him if he was available. I would pay whatever it takes but wouldnt give up Pogba or Dybala for him, even Morata.

Verratti would defenitely be more likely to stay longer with us then Dybala or any other foreigner would if we had him. Italian and Juventino goes far in solidifying basic attachment besides career goals.

He has mentioned Real and Barca as the best clubs players see as dream destination, but it was more typical platitudes and acknowledgement of current footie aspirations top ceiling then anything concrete or fandom.

But it wouldn't be Khedira instead of Pogba, it would be Verratti.
Dude are you having a stroke or something? :D
lol.

OK lemme see. What i wanted to mean is that it depresses me to see Khedira in the positioon were Pogba is right now...when it "could" (lol) very well be Verrati marchisio Pogba and we could all fap to our hearts content.

Having verrati and Khedira there would be very well the same we have now...as Pogba is wow much quality the same as verrati...but Khedira is well Khedira. No offense to the guy, he is good... but to give Pogba and stay the same on midfield is no fun. Yeah.. we would supposedly have Cavani in front.... but i still stand to my point that i would like to see our current team improved to new heights...including Pogba...not trading him for new shiny guys.

Dont get me wrong... it could work and maybe it could give us the CL... but i would like to see Pogba surrounded by more quality and see how good he can be in Jueventus..not in PSG. AT least not right now.

Yeah he has said he is a Juventino since childhood , his agent stated it was dream to come to us, but simply things didn't work out 4 years ago, and the rest is history. Sadly so. He is out of our price range. Only way I could see him coming to us is either running down contract or severe injury that makes him unattractive to most.

Didnt his agent speak about Napoli last year? Not sure what he exactly said, if it was that Verratti wanted to go there or they were close to get him

Also, i remember a pic of him as a kid in a Juve shirt, not sure if it's really him or if he only liked the player (Zidane probably?) and not the club though...

He did say hed walk to Barcelona if they called though last season

Napoli wanted him too that summer is what the agent. Said they were offering more then we did, close but weren't serious enough competition Vs us who had closer ties with player and Pescara and ultimately no chance to compete with PSG as destination.

Verratti being Juve fan is clear fact, he has said so himself, favourite club and Del Piero was his idol.

Barcelona wanted him last summer and they are the best club, of course he would be interested to go there, besides fitting in footballing wise (the main mom Barca player that screams their style the most), it's simply a clear big step up for him over PSG. But the latter ofcourse have no interest selling him.

Bottom line is that we fuked up royally by letting go the most talented Italian in the NT.

lets hope one day we redeem ourselves and sign him back in a free transfer or something, lol.

Dybala said that he'd swim to Barca so they can have a competition with Verratti who makes it first.

PSG did in fact offer Verratti more money than us but if he was such a Juventino then why didn't he reject their offer and demand a move to the club he supported in his childhood?

Im sure he would of had no problem playing for Pescara for another year or 2 even on loan as he was quite happy there and very grateful to them.

He would of known that Pirlo hadn't many years left and he was going to be his heir so he just had to bide his time and he would of been a guaranteed starter for us.

The boy was offered a more luxurious offer and he took it.

He is ambitious and if he was to leave PSG it will be for a higher level of football like Barca or Bayern.

A return to Juventus will only occur if he has less options or gets homesick very very quickly which i just can't see happening.

Nothing of your post makes sense big daddy. We didn't want him enough and didn't care to bid what's necessary to sign him. So he signed for another club who did. Being a fan of the club is just stating the obvious, but it doesn't change the reality of what happenend. We low balled Pescara and couldn't get a deal, they got a better one, end of story. Blaming him for that is bizzare considering we didn't even give him the option to choose us without anything resembling a doable deal.

We are way above PSG, just sayin. Wannabe Juventino Verratti prefers dirty oil money that's all

You said it yourself OS that his agent says it was his dream to sign with us as he was a Juventino.

Unless he was on the last year of his contract (maybe he was im not sure?) then why couldn't he hold out for the move?

If he was still under contract with Pescara then why didn't he reject PSG and wait and play in Serie A (the first time in his and his clubs history) and see it out?

He had no experience in Serie A but opted at the age of 18/19 to go to a foreign Country just because an Italian coach/Ancellotti requested him. (and offered more money)

To me the lad chose ambition over loyalty.

Only loyalty he should have is to Pescara, his home town club. But don't get it twisted, Pescara wanted to sell him and get best possible deal, before the PSG money it was a deal with us that included loan and pittance fee, after PSG is was home run case of getting most money possible for a teenager. Who btw should think first and foremost of his career, of course it's double ideal to get big move in your career and that move being your favorite club. But when that doesn't happens because we didn't give Pescara what it was needed to get him, why should he have some bizzare loyalty to us that goes against his career opportunity AND the club that fostered him in Pescara? We failed at making a deal happen so another one did, how you can have such unreasonable and selfish demands on a teen we didn't want enough to buy is peculiar.
