Only loyalty he should have is to Pescara, his home town club. But don't get it twisted, Pescara wanted to sell him and get best possible deal, before the PSG money it was a deal with us that included loan and pittance fee, after PSG is was home run case of getting most money possible for a teenager.
But then you said this...

Verratti would defenitely be more likely to stay longer with us then Dybala or any other foreigner would if we had him. Italian and Juventino goes far in solidifying basic attachment besides career goals.
How can you say his only loyalty should be to to Pescara and not hold out for his boyhood club and do whats best for his career then say if he joins us he will be loyal because he's Italian and a a Juventino?

Who btw should think first and foremost of his career, of course it's double ideal to get big move in your career and that move being your favorite club. But when that doesn't happens because we didn't give Pescara what it was needed to get him, why should he have some bizzare loyalty to us that goes against his career opportunity AND the club that fostered him in Pescara? We failed at making a deal happen so another one did, how you can have such unreasonable and selfish demands on a teen we didn't want enough to buy is peculiar.
If he was a Juventino then shouldn't he of just did that in the first place :confused2

Why is that even a confusion? It's two entirely different scenarios, one real and hypothetical.

The real one is he is a Pescara youth, his home and upbringing is with them. He excells and becomes too big to ignore. He oughta have a sense of loyalty to them to get best possible deal while looking out for his interest and career. Non of it happens by waiting out years of his contract to go Juve, despite being his dream choice that's absolutely retarded notion. You call this loyalty makes it worse. Him, agent and Pescara clarified they were ready to do a deal with Juve that included him getting loaned back to Pescara. It didn't happen because we didn't value him enough to make a deal happen. And you speak of loyalty?

Now to the hypothetical scenario. We sign him, and yes an italian player who plays in his favourite club with his favourite player (two in fact, Del Piero and Pirlo) , even if wasn't, plays for the biggiest and most successful club in his country.

It's the best possible career opportunity to make it here for an italian, like Buffon and our entire defensive line has. They are attached to the club over time after their success. Verratti would be in the same situation (possible more ideal since he is a self professed Juve fan unlike our other Italians when they were younger, except obviously Marchisio) , so yeah would be much more likely to stay attached and loyal then a foreign star.

What is this bs going around here? Sell Pogba to buy Cavani and Veratti? Fuck no. We missed our chance to buy this kid for 11m and now you want to rip our balls out to buy an inferior mid and an older CFthan Morata? Fuck that shit.

No one wants that for Pogba, they just shooting the shit since we have nothing else to talk about. Tho Verratti is the best midfielder we could get if we lost Pogba. I wouldnt still make an exchange tho, but would with any other Juve player.

Calma calma. No need to go ballistic over hypothetic transfer discussions.

Dybala? I like Verratti a lot, but Dybala scores goals. And he scores alla Del Piero. Now I'm not saying he's going to have the same career, but his potential is massive.

Thats defenitely true, and it would be hard call to make by far. But at this current football world its easier to find attacking players who score goals/general attacking weapon like Dybala then finding genuinely rare creative and technical midfield orchestrators like Verratti. Litterally very few players left at his mold, kind tha would be generational type of playmakers ala Pirlo and Xavi was. After Iniesta ages too much, or Thiago stops being broken goods, its very few of this type of players left. They too much of final third AMs or forwards now instead of the beating heart of the team type of orchestrating players, who arent judged on their goals or direct assists, but purely elevating the team and taking the baton with sheer ingenuity.

I rate Dybala alot, but if this hypothetical choice came to reality I wouldnt have any regrets making it happen. Especially since they are basically the same age.

I got to say that I would find it very hard to make a choice either way. Market value is probably comparable too.

Maybe I should use that as my profile pic. Although the ugliest Juve player with sombrero photoshopped on his head would be better, any recommendations?
Paramatti, Zebina or Luliano defenitely ugliest Juve players I remember.

But il brutto will forever be Tuco aka Eli Wallach.
