how many goals did Ronaldo score? 2? Yeah great job keeping him quiet. Licht was MIA on his first goal in Turin.

Now I am starting to believe that it's personal with Lich.

You want Licht to tackle Ronaldo's penalty? Did he commit the foul? Was he the goalkeeper?

And the first goal in the first leg was Evra and Bonucci's responsibility.

How about we blame Buffon for all conceded goals going on by your logic?

Admit that Lich was immense and superb in CL against Dortmund and Real and for most of the season and give credits where it's due instead of outlining what Darmian did in a not so important match against Lich who has played/used second most after Bonucci.

If you follow, others agree with his regression. I guess It's personal with Osman too. :agree:

This isn't happening. We just spent huge money on Dybala and Cavani will cost like 40m+ just in transfer fee. Yes we're doing very good on sporting and financial level but it seems like it's all too much, too fast.

No he wasn't, he was marking Bale. The only one in our back 4, who was making a man.
I don't understand how he even saw that.

It's one thing to want Darmian so bad and it's another thing to want him on Lich's expense and try to make him a weak point.

As for Ronaldo's first goal.

But he gives him credits where it's due, you don't.

You are as subjective as Badass is on Allegri. :D

you are being ridiculous you would think I was attacking DP.

Bottom line: licht has regressed. If you can't see it then I frankly don't know what else to say.

Dont know whats wrong in pursuing a young-er fullback who'll be ready to takeover in a year or two.I guess Morata was not needed this season as Llorente had just come off a great last season going by this logic.

Rumors do suggest we are pursuing fullbacks and the management should be praised for their pro-activeness instead of say, leaving it too little too late.

People seriously thinking that Exor Loan is going to fund our transfer market ? haha
Not what I was saying entirely. More so that it will help free up funds from other areas so if we see a good opportunity on the market, we'll have the ability to go for it... As I said, I believe we'll spend if the right opportunities presents themselves. If we can find a way to get Cavani for less than 45 mil, I'd assume we'd be all over that as it would be a deal that is hard to pass up.

So no, not funding our market, but certainly aiding it.

Like I said, he wasn't superb but he wasn't poor either like you are trying to make him.

I'd take a player who can organize the defensive line, mark players like Ronaldo and Bale, stamina not to be discussed, and consistant even if he doesn't step up against Torino (like even Allegri cares, and not score). I'll take that anyday anytime, and mark my words, Allegri will keep him for next season as a starter too.

Licht has regressed, yes, but he is still able to go out and play a killer game vs Real Madrid in a CL semifinal. the only reason we are even looking for a fullback is his (and Evras) age, and the fact Caceres is injured all the time

nothing wrong with it, actually we have to get one at least this summer, i love to see darmian with juve with his ability to play both sides.

It's actually Chiellini & Evra's fault. Bonucci is forced to step out because neither one of those two are anywhere to be seen.
It was Chiellini's fault alone IMO. Evra made a decent challenge and the ball just happened to bounce luckily to James. Chiellini came running out of position when Evra probably could have got back in a spot to defend without the danger getting too big. Once Chiellini left his man everything just went to shit.

In the financial thread, there were suggestions that the money will be used to pay off the pending installments of the previous transfers we've done over the yrs.

Anyway, its purely subjective as of now.I'll believe it when i see it.

Yes, but that doesn't take away the fact that he's over 30. Like with Evra it doesn't hurt to have options.

2nd one was a penalty.. So basically you are talking about one goal and it is very debatable if Ronaldo was Lichtsteiner's man at that point.
